You know, zdesu, I’ve tried just about everything under the sun, but nothing seems to stick when it comes to my feet. It's honestly a nightmare. The skin gets these thick, heavy patches all over my toes and the entire sole. Now that summer is rolling in, I'm at a total loss for what to do next. I have some 50% urea cream right now, so I’m going to give that another shot. Currently, I've been using rose oil, which helps a bit with the cracking, but the thickening is still just as bad.

as a scalp oil, then throw on a shower cap before heading to
bed. Wash your hair in the morning.
I believe that oil has even made its way into Walgreens pharmacies.

I'm curious if anyone else here deals with psoriasis on their feet. Honestly, it’s such a nightmare that I’m forced to wear closed-toe shoes even in the middle of a sweltering summer.
If anyone has found something that actually works better than the standard stuff, please let me know.
