I’ve actually got the exact same issue. I picked it up during New Year's Eve, and even though it’s been a day and a half, this ringing just won't quit. I guess it’s kind of weird that you guys are saying there's no cure, because whenever I'm at a loud club or some bar and then get home, my ears start ringing like crazy, but eventually, it just stops on its own after a bit.
