Why do I end up at strip clubs sometimes?
The answer is incredibly straightforward. I CANNOT listen to any more garbage from Beyoncé, Jay-Z, or that self-proclaimed "house DJ" who’s been spinning the exact SAME TRACK for two years straight—and even if it sounded decent back then, now it just makes me sick. It's the same junk playing in 90% clubs across Washington, D.C. Look, it's not that I actually enjoy this kind of music, but it's the only option left when places like the Bowery Ballroom or similar spots just aren't my scene. The party scene died out a long time ago, honestly.
I usually head to the clubs with my crew around 3:00 AM, stay for about an hour and a half, and call it a night.
Simply put, if we only listened to the music we actually liked, we wouldn't bother going out at all, because you rarely hear that stuff being played out in public.
Conclusion: we all just need to start drinking, then everything will be fine. Everything sounds better with alcohol. 😁
