As for those files, you might want to check under Document and Settings—specifically within the user profile you were using—then head into Local Settings, then AppData, and eventually look through the Identity folders, or maybe even Microsoft

If you're using Microsoft Outlook, you can find that info by going to Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup -> Data Files... as for the archive, that should be under Tools -> Options -> Other -> AutoArchive

If you happen to be using Outlook Express, I think it's under Tools -> Options -> Maintenance -> Store Folder

On a new computer, you should be able to find those same directories—if you copy everything over into the corresponding folders, your data should hopefully pop back up
