Are you kidding me right now!!! unknown, you seriously messed this up. I only brought up *We Were Soldiers* as an example of how soft those movies can be—mostly because I just watched it recently. This whole thread has spiraled completely off the rails from what I actually meant to say, and honestly, it looks like you’re just using it as an excuse to take shots at me. Whatever, man...
🙂
The other day I was looking at Python and noticed they’ve picked up quite a few cool things lately. Honestly, though—those Surrealists were absolute gods of comedy back in the day.👍 They were lightyears ahead of those so-called "funny" shows we see on TV here in America.
Look, you idiots—I actually love movies. I have to sit through one to decide if it’s any good or not. Capisce? Seriously, go get some help.
It’s always been like this... all that cheesy, over-the-top patriotism. But ever since Bush's mess in Iraq kicked off, I’ve become seriously allergic to it. Especially the other night when I sat through *Saving Private Ryan*—all that "dying for my country" and "tell my wife I love her" stuff? I just couldn't stomach it!
Don't know about you guys.
