PC Upgrade Advice

Hey,
Trying to record video with my Logitech Brio while running an audio program at the same time... my CPU hits 100% and the footage is super laggy. Decided it's time to swap out the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU.
Thinking about getting an ASRock B450M PRO4-F, just wondering if it'll fit in my case.
Planning on a Ryzen chip too, so any advice on which one, plus what RAM and GPU to grab?
Looking for something reasonable, nothing crazy expensive...
Here's what I'm running right now:
Case: Thermaltake V4
PSU: Seasonic SS-520GB Active PFC F3
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO
HDD: WD Blue 500GB
RAM: Transcend JM1333KLH-8G 1x8GB
MBD: Asrock FM2A55M-DGS
CPU: AMD A8-5600K APU
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7750
