Thanks for the reply. At first glance, all this stem cell stuff sounds just too good to be true... like your knee is actually going to regenerate, but from what I'm reading, that's not quite how it works. 😑
Hey, has anyone here actually gone through stem cell therapy? I'm curious about what the experience was like. My knee has started making this clicking sound whenever I walk down stairs, and sometimes even on flat ground—it’s just a quiet click, not quite a pop. It doesn't hurt yet, but I feel like it's only a matter of time before it does. I'm active, but I've paused everything until I figure out what's going on. Dr. Google says my cartilage might be damaged, and I really want to be fully prepared before I head to an appointment. I've had a couple of times before (not related to my knees) where doctors either wouldn't suggest advanced options or didn't even know they existed, so I ended up finding them myself online. Thanks
