The Power of Manifestation in Psychology ·

Well, maybe some people actually can. Those of us who can't probably just don't believe in it enough. I guess the doubt inside us is stronger than the power, so that's what happens.

Fast forward thirty minutes, and my buddy rolls up with two six-packs. Don't tell me I don't have some kind of cosmic pull or something. The only thing missing from that perfect moment? Ida Prester hasn't shown her face anywhere lately...

Well, there you go. It all starts with the little things, I guess😁. Life's really in the small stuff🙂.
Maybe you're just obsessing over Ida too much. Just let her go, maybe she'll show up when she feels like it🤣. But whatever🧐. 😉

I don't know, maybe I'm just overthinking it. It feels like everyone is talking about this at once, which is always a bit much for me. I guess we'll see how it plays out, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath. Just one of those things, I suppose. kaže:
That’s just some Jungian synchronicity stuff, I guess.

I’ve been reading up on this whole synchronicity thing lately. Honestly, I kind of feel like it’s all just tied to how we manifest what we want. Like, maybe our thoughts are actually as real as, I don't know, our own hands or something. I guess.

Even before I heard about manifestation or watched that documentary 'The Secret,' weird coincidences were already popping up—like, my wishes or even my fears would just... happen.

It means I believe in it, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean what some people say, like you can just sit on your couch and wait for things to happen...
Most of the time, stuff just manifests after I've thought about it or wanted it without actually trying or obsessing over making it real. Like, a totally random thing: I was driving for maybe an hour and just happened to think of a song—literally a minute later, there it was on the radio. Then I thought of another one, and boom, that one came on too. I don't know, maybe it sounds silly, but I don't think it’s just luck🤷. Or like, I remember thinking about an old TV show that hadn't been on in years, and then the very next day, it's back on the screen😬
.
Or, for instance, I’d find myself worrying about a specific situation happening—basically playing out the whole scene and the exact words someone would say in my head🙂—and wouldn't you know it, it played out exactly like that, down to the identical words I imagined🙄.

So, am I crazy? Or maybe I'm just psychic, I guess😛.

Clearly, wishes come true when you visualize them or want them effortlessly, without all that intense mental clutching—like, I need this, I want this, period...... I feel like when we want something way too badly, it won't happen because we're gripping it too tight🤷.
Just stay chill, think it, and let it go...

Anyway, that's just what I've experienced.🙂
Allergies to cat and dog hair in Health ·
Hey,

Found this old thread because I’ve got a cat allergy kicking my butt right now and figured I’d just bump this instead of starting a whole new thing...

About a year and a half ago, my skin started breaking out in this constant rash and redness, and honestly, it hasn't stopped since. It all lined up right around when I went vegetarian (still eat fish, though), so I thought maybe that was the culprit. But my blood work is totally fine, everything looks normal, and I'm being pretty careful with my diet—so unless my body is somehow "detoxing" through my skin because I'm eating better, I don't see the connection.🤷 - I mean, I deal with atopic dermatitis and dry skin, and I've had eczema before, but nothing ever hit me this hard...

I finally bit the bullet and did some allergy testing recently. Turns out I'm allergic to pollen (which I already knew, but it never messed with my skin like this) and cat dander. I have a cat living with me, but I find it hard to believe that's the main issue since I had two cats years before this started, and even had a dog in my apartment for seven years prior... so, who knows, really....

Is it actually possible for an allergy to just show up out of nowhere like this? I'm not sneezing or getting watery eyes (except when there's pollen in the air), but my skin is just incredibly itchy and red...
And no, I'm not getting rid of the cat. I've already lost three of them in freak accidents, and there's no way I'm letting this one go...😢
Oh, also, I started taking Letizen a few days ago and the rash and itching have basically vanished.
