Is it actually possible to manifest your dreams just by having massive faith and an intense desire to make them happen?
I’ve been doing some deep dives into this lately, and I’ve even heard some people share stories about how, if you just want something bad enough—like, truly believe in it with everything you've got—and then just let go and trust the process, things magically fall into place. It's like you set the intention and then just step back and let the universe do its thing.
Has anyone else here actually experienced something like this??

Sure, wanting something is enough to make it happen😁. I mean, do you think if you wanted it hard enough, you could suddenly play in the US Open final, score a goal in the FIFA World Cup, or take a vacation on Mars?
Willpower is a nice thing to have when you're working toward a goal, but I guess some things just aren't possible through wishful thinking alone. Haven't you ever wanted something desperately, only to end up with absolutely nothing?

....it isn't just about having the willpower, though... you also need to actually put in the work and study.......plus, you really need the right environment to make it happen (both physically and socially).....

Now, this is a pretty interesting question. 🙏
Honestly, I’m a big believer in desire itself—you actually have to want something deep down for it to happen—but you can’t just sit on the couch wishing for it. Desire isn't just a feeling; it comes with the grind, the sacrifices, and sometimes even the struggle required to hit those goals you've set. Personally, I’ve got one major life goal I haven't knocked out yet, and while I won't get hung up on the "how" or the specific path, I'm going after it with everything I've got. Even if I don't have all the cards in my hand right now, desire usually brings a little hope along for the ride. 😁
That said, desire can move mountains, but you've gotta aim for things that actually exist within the realm of reality—or at least something slightly more grounded than pure fantasy. Don't go chasing ghosts. Be realistic and objective when you're setting your sights on what you want. 👍

I honestly have no idea where this modern brand of instant psychology came from—this nonsense like Quote : The Secret that claims you can manifest anything just by wishing for it. Either people are completely misinterpreting these philosophies, or they're just delusional. Anyone with half a brain should see how absurd this logic is. How is anything supposed to materialize through sheer desire alone? For instance, I can sit here and wish for a mansion, a Ferrari, a yacht, and everything else under the sun. I can wish and wish and wish until I'm blue in the face, but poof—suddenly it all appears? Yeah, right. Even a toddler understands that's not how the world works.

On the flip side, it is undeniably true that a positive mindset can help you reach a goal. It’s vital to visualize what you want, believe it’s achievable, and put in every ounce of effort required to actually make it happen. That means putting in the work, trying, testing, and staying persistent even when it feels like you're drifting further away from your target. You have to maintain that belief, especially when things get tough. You don't just sit there, lounge around, believe, wish, and wait. Because that certainly leads nowhere.

Sure, but if your big plan is to just lounge around waiting for a pile of cash to fall from the sky, or for some billionaire playboy to knock on your door and fall madly in love with you instantly... then I guess it's fine to just stay in bed, right? 🤷

There’s this classic kid's book about wish fulfillment—it's basically a dream scenario where everything goes your way—but the catch is how you phrase the wish. You can't just wish to be "somewhere else." You actually have to know where you're going. 😉 😁

It’s nothing but pure profit, really. Just a massive cash grab targeting suckers.
People who would much rather deal with the exhaustion of actual hard work
than the literal backaches from sitting on their butts all day.
Instead, they try to manifest their dreams
through that ridiculous concept of Quote : The Secret,
which is just absolute, bottom-of-the-barrel stupidity.

Man, I’ve heard all sorts of theories floating around, but honestly, I don't buy anything until I can put it through the ringer myself. This was a good little thought experiment to chew on.

Look, if you want something, you’ve gotta actually put in the sweat equity (and let's be real, most of those "overnight success" stories you hear about in the States are actually just the result of years of grinding away behind the scenes). If what you're after is actually within the realm of reality, then sure, it's doable.
What's also happening is that you start subconsciously positioning yourself and acting in ways that align with that goal.
Most of your day-to-day moves end up being geared toward making that thing happen, which naturally bumps up the odds of it actually working out.
That’s really where the intensity of your will meets a realistic "desire."

Maybe. Personally, I've been trying to develop telekinesis for as long as I can remember, but nothing's happened yet. 🤷

Have you been reading Quote : The Secret? 🙂

p.s. don't get too hooked on Quote : The Secret

p.s.2 apparently there's a version for kids, too. 😂 😂 😂

And the authors pretty much guarantee their own success with The Secret by using themselves as examples. They wished to be wealthy, and we made that happen by buying all their books and DVDs...

I wouldn't say that's quite the case; I truly believe one ought to finish the book and sit through the film before we dive into such a spirited debate! 🙄 Tamo se govori o sljedećem:

Which is exactly why they want you to shell out for the book and pay for a ticket to see the movie in the first place... 🤦

It’s possible... I suppose whenever I’ve felt that intense, overwhelming drive—that real sense of purpose—I’ve always managed to reach whatever goal I set my mind to...

Just imagine having to shell out a whopping $33 for a single book! It feels like throwing money right down the drain, 🙄
doesn't it?

Look, a portion of those $33 goes to the author. Every little bit counts. ☕

Anything is possible, just buy my book... 🙄 See how wealthy I've become...
