You can't order this from overseas because it's classified as a prescription drug that won't clear customs—plus, from what I can tell, you can only get it here with a valid script. Is there any way to actually score a prescription even if I don't have the specific medical issues it's intended for? And more importantly, which doctor should I even be asking?
Is there any other food out there with similar "properties"? btw. the day before my checkup, I’ve only got one single two-hour gap in my schedule (anywhere from the morning until 4 PM)—so how exactly am I supposed to eat grits in that window? ...and I highly doubt they'll actually have toast available in the dining hall that day.
Hey there! I need to get an ultrasound on my kidneys, but the prep instructions are a bit weird—they say I should have some cornmeal mush for lunch the day before, and then just tea and rusks for dinner. Does anyone actually know the logic behind that specific diet? Or better yet, does anyone know what I can eat instead? (I live off the dining hall food at my university, so making special meals isn't exactly easy...) thanks
