Anyone catch if Barack Obama is guesting next season? 😍😍

Honestly, it’s not even the first time. No point ☕
You're not from the States, right?
I'm calling the shots

Just holler if you're down

Wait, so there weren't 24?
Pretty sure I counted 24. Saw that number on an IMF report or something.
They basically ripped off River Plate 😁

If you actually have an opinion.😍
today feels like it's only lasting 23 hours😁

You can grab those at the Walmart in a small town in Ohio 🙂
Why did so many posts get deleted?
Pretty sure a lot of them are putting in extra hours, especially now that he's hit 28. But training can only take you so far; without that natural talent and a soft touch, you're stuck no matter how hard you work.

Guess he’s allowed to have an off day? Or does every single match have to be flawless? 😕
Adam Collins4 said:And what's the point of a clip? To prove his returns are perfect?
Nah, just to show he sees things others don't. Imagination. If you don't see it, then nothing. You've got your opinion and I've got mine. We can go back and forth all night, but we're just gonna end up in the same spot.

The GOAT... maybe only Pete Sampras tops him...
Seriously though, saying there’s more variety in tennis is kind of a joke... just waiting for someone to claim baseball or cricket has more "variety"...
And where was all that "variety" during those calls against Andy Murray?
Right, so we went from Federer straight to Murray? Did I say every player has variety? Or was I just talking about Federer?

No clue what Peyton Manning is pulling in. Pretty sure he's just getting paid as a trainer though.

Playing 360 minutes down a man in a 60-minute game?
Look, as much as I love talking trash about Isner, you're exaggerating. He’s got the best serve on the ATP tour and his volleys are solid. Given his build and how he plays, he doesn't even need the rest of his game to be world-class.
Look, you're posting in the ATP/WTA thread, so I’m assuming you actually know what you're talking about.
First off, I'm deep in the tennis world and I know guys hovering around the top 200. Not saying they're broke or struggling to eat, though.
I just checked the ATP site and typed in Bozoljac(133.) on a whim—turns out reaching the quarterfinals of a Challenger in Wolfsburg nets you maybe $530. It sounds okay until you subtract travel, coaches, and all those little expenses. Then what's left?
A few years back, Ljubo was paying his fitness coach $20,000 a month. Who knows what Piatti is pulling these days?
As for the other thing. Breaking into coaching isn't easy, but once you make it, there's serious money involved. I personally know a coach pulling in about $11 $0.00 a month just from private lessons.
Yeah, true. Tennis is way more expensive too. That’s basically why you have to be ranked in the top 100 or 150 just to break even on all those costs.
George Robinson43 said:How many players and how much competition?
There's way more pro handballers than there are pro tennis players.
The ATP rankings show about 1,000 players. But at least 600-700 of them aren't even living off tennis—they just play some random Challenger matches here and there. You can't really call them pros.
Tennis basically boils down to maybe a hundred guys, plus the top 5 or 6 elites, and that's it.
Spot on. If you aren't in that top hundred, you haven't made it. Top hundred out of how many? Millions who play? In handball, you could play in the German second division and actually make a living. Doesn't happen in tennis.
