If it's under $100, then yeah, I'm definitely getting it fixed.
Honestly, I have zero complaints about the monitor—it’s a great piece of gear.

My Dell SyncMaster finally kicked the bucket after four years and three months 🙂
Even with the sun beating down today, I could barely make out the icons through the pitch-black screen.
The image is practically invisible under bright light, which tells me the backlight is dead.
Anyone else dealt with this specific failure before?
Is it even worth trying to fix this thing?
