I’m definitely gonna have to scrub down at least another two or three times to feel right, but man, the mental toll this takes is absolutely wild because now I’m sitting here itching over every single little thing, even stuff that doesn't even need attention! 😵

Alright, so I decided to go full DIY mode and completely stripped down my entire room since it’s one of those tiny studio apartments where everything is crammed together. While I was checking out the edge of my mattress, I spotted these tiny little white specks—they look just like leafhoppers, maybe a millimeter at most. I actually ripped open the seam on one part of the mattress to see if I could find any of that black fecal spotting or those larger bugs you always see in those terrifying bed bug photos online, but honestly, nothing. So now I'm sitting here wondering: am is this actually bed bugs or just some weird kind of mite situation? Just to be safe, I went ahead and doused the whole room, the mattress, and all my furniture in BioKill Extra, and now I'm just letting the fumes clear out before I try to crash. I gotta know though, is it even worth trying to fight this stuff off with spray, or am I better off just gutting the whole room and starting over? And what about my clothes? Do these things hide inside my wardrobe too?

And just so we're clear on the bedding situation, that's really not the issue here because I'm super diligent about swapping out my sheets constantly, plus I make sure all my duvets, comforters, and blankets get tossed in the wash on a regular basis.

Hey everyone, so here’s the deal: basically at some point during the day, I’ll just get this random itch, and then boom—there’s a bite right where it was itching (you know, red, puffy, and super annoying). I did a little digging online and everything pointed toward bed bugs, but the thing is, I’m not seeing these bites in those classic patterns or lines like you usually hear about; instead, I’ve got one on my shoulder, another on the opposite arm, two on my stomach, one on my leg... Is there any actual chance these could be bed bugs, or—and I am seriously praying for this—is it just mosquitoes doing their thing?

Man, I didn't even realize what was going on at first, so I just grabbed some heavy-duty work gloves and hauled the little guy out into the woods near my place. I know, I know, not exactly the brightest move on my part, but I figured it was best, 🙂 .And honestly, I can't say for sure if it was just a baby, though I definitely know squirrels can get big, and this one was pretty lengthy for sure.

Hey everyone! I’ve got a bit of a situation on my hands here. So, my little brother (he's 10) actually brought home a golden chipmunk today. Honestly, he had no clue what it was—he legit thought it was some kind of cute squirrel! I immediately told him to get that thing away from him because I was worried it might be rabid. The chipmunk looked pretty beat up, but it wasn't acting aggressive at all; it was actually super tame and chill. We went straight to cleaning up, he hopped in the shower, and we threw all his clothes right into the wash. Now I’m digging through the internet and reading that when wild animals act unusually friendly, it’s often a major red flag for rabies. It also says rabies spreads through saliva, usually via a bite, and since he didn't get bitten and only touched it with his hands, I'm trying to figure out if there's any actual risk of infection. I am totally freaking out a little bit and honestly have no idea what to do next. If anyone has any advice or has dealt with something like this before, please let me know!
