Thanks for all the input, guys. It’s been just under two months since my arthroscopy. I did some PT, but they basically just sent us a bunch of QR codes for exercises, so I’m thinking there's gotta be better stuff out there than what they showed us at the clinic. That's why I'm asking.
Hey, I need some help here. I just had arthroscopy on both knees (had bits of my meniscus removed on both sides), and my doctor says I really need to strengthen the muscles around my knees. The problem is, the physical therapist at the hospital didn't actually show me any specific exercises to do. Does anyone have any tips or know where I can find some instructions for exercises I can do at home? I don't have a gym nearby, so I'm kind of stuck. Thanks!

Hey, just got my work laptop, a Dell Inspiron, and honestly, it’s more than enough power for what I need. The only issue is it came with Windows 10 pre-installed, and man, I'm struggling to get used to it since I've been using Windows 7 for ages. Like, first off, I can't figure out how to make the brackets work right when I'm typing. Every time I hit the left bracket key, it spits out a right one, and if I try the right one, I get an equals sign instead. On Windows 7, I could always fix this easily through the Control Panel, but I can't find where that setting moved to in this version. If anyone's willing to walk me through it, I'd really appreciate it. Also, there's this weird version of Microsoft Word on here that doesn't even have spellcheck enabled. I'm having the exact same headache with Mozilla Thunderbird, which is actually a much bigger deal for me. Please help!

Hey, so like everyone else posting about this, I'm having a nightmare with Windows on my HP 8730. It keeps lagging out, so I tried to just wipe it and start over, but I'm totally stuck. I can't even get into the bios F12 to change the boot order because it's asking me for a password 🤔
