Thanks for the advice. I made it through, I guess—now I just have to survive this colonoscopy... Though, honestly, I went through that whole nightmare about a year ago, but they rushed me through so fast I didn't even realize the procedure had actually happened. This time, I don't have that kind of luck, so... I don't even know what to do anymore. I can't eat. Every single bite feels like a high-stakes gamble. My stomach hurts, my gallbladder is acting up, my gut is killing me, and yet—get this—every single test comes back perfectly normal. After months of this absolute torture, I’m spiraling into a serious depression, and then my doctor has the nerve to look at me and go, "Well, maybe you just have anorexia?" ???????????????
It’s not like I wouldn't be eating if my digestive system hadn't basically filed for divorce from me. Right now, we’re living like two roommates sharing one body—she’s out there living her own life while I’m just trying to exist, but the damn thing always wins. It's such a load of crap.

Hey everyone, well, looks like I’ve officially joined the "stomach ache club." Seriously, if you haven't dealt with this, you have no idea what kind of misery we're talking about. I've been dealing with a constant mountain of digestive issues for a while now—just endless trouble—and now my doctor is throwing out the big scary words, suggesting it might be Crohn's disease. So, I'm scheduled to go in for my first colonoscopy soon, and I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced those nasty intestinal cramps after swallowing the contrast dye. I'm honestly spiraling a bit here because I can barely handle eating or drinking anything without feeling nauseous and cramping up, and now I'm going to have to swallow a bunch of industrial chemicals just to get the procedure done. God, I'm dreading this.
