Even though Neurobion combines B1, B6, and B12, it’s still worth glancing at the label since it packs such a heavy dose of B6. [Neurobion forte 100 mg/200 mg/0.2 mg film-coated tablets - Drug Database | Pharmaceuticals: HALMED]
High doses like those turn this into a medication rather than just a simple supplement you pick up because you think you might be low on something.
Plus, research shows that taking extra vitamin and mineral Supplements isn't really necessary for healthy people; in fact, it can sometimes backfire. For certain conditions, doctors prescribe specific preparations in exact dosages, while other supplements might even be forbidden during certain treatments—like how antioxidants can interfere with radiation therapy.
Look, if things aren't working out... they aren't. That's just life.
By the way, pass me that link... not that I need it, but I'm curious to see who's making the claim. I'm hoping for a study or an article from PubMed rather than a manufacturer's site; I don't trust those guys, as they tend to embellish everything.
Good night 😁
Last night before hitting the hay, I took a higher dose of B6 (around 10 mg) along with some other B complex stuff. It’s a step up, sure, but we're nowhere near megadosing yet. Around 5 AM, I woke up with a rock-hard erection; my "little guy" just decided to stand up all on his own while I was sleeping, which is pretty clear proof that the mechanics and the pills are doing their job.😁 Since that Halmedov Neurobion is prescription-only, I have to look toward alternative sources. Here are the links proving that high-dose B6 actually works:

Tonight, I'm planning on letting loose. Two hours before the main event, I'm dropping 20 mg of B6 plus the rest of my B complex (all dialed up), and then an hour before that, 100 mg of Viagra (just to be safe😁). I'll report back with the results. Apparently, B6 works in synergy with sildenafil, basically supercharging the effect. 👍

Think of it like tuning a car; first, you have to organize your life, your routine, and your daily habits. Once you balance those fundamentals, everything else starts to align.
Honestly... 🤦
It’s been a pretty rough day, but reading this actually cheered me up a bit...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
( Also, taking that much B6 would be bordering on an overdose, since at those levels it's practically used as a pharmaceutical for things like neuropathy or neuralgia... it’s definitely not intended for the kind of performance boost being described here. 🤦 )
I was just about to pass out when I stumbled onto your post. 😁 For guys, hitting B6 at massive doses produces exactly the effects I mentioned—it actually works. If you go heavy with a 100mg+ dose, it suppresses prolactin while spiking dopamine and testosterone, which basically results in a permanent erection whether you're flying solo or bringing in the heavy artillery like Viagra. I need this ASAP because I'm planning on making a move with two girls at once soon. I already scouted these mega-doses online:
https://www.vitacost.com/natures-way...-b-100-complexSomething like this 👍
Does anyone know where I can track down some massive doses of Vitamin B6? And I don’t mean those pathetic "standard" amounts you find at a CVS; according to recent studies, those levels are basically useless. I'm looking for the heavy hitters—somewhere in the 100 to 600 mg range. The idea is that at these levels, you can actually suppress prolactin and inhibit estradiol right after an orgasm, which theoretically means a guy could hit multiple peaks without that annoying refractory period getting in the way. Honestly, I need this for a group session. When you stack mega-dose B6 with zinc and magnesium, it hits harder than Viagra.
I basically nuked my polyps right out of existence using some concentrated propolis drops. If you haven't given that a shot, you're seriously missing out; I’d also suggest cutting alcohol out of your life entirely for a while—personally, I was knocking back half a bottle of Jack Daniel's a day 😲 which is definitely what triggered the polyp growth in the first place. Now, I just drink once in a blue moon. 👍
Pop the battery out, let it sit for a minute to chill, then toss it back in and try powering up. If that’s too much work, just hold down the power button for like ten seconds—that should force a hard shutdown.
Swapping out your optical drive for an SSD is honestly a crime against technology, and there are three big reasons why you shouldn't even think about it:
1) You’re basically tossing your DVD player in the trash, which is a huge bummer if you actually own physical media.
2) Since that drive is likely hooked up to a legacy SATA 1 port, you're looking at speeds that are four times slower than SATA 3, meaning your expensive SSD will perform like some ancient, clunky hard drive from the early 2000s instead of actually being fast.
3) You're stuck with much lower storage capacity compared to what you could get otherwise.

If you look at step two, you'll want to head into your BIOS and flip these switches off:
2] Disable C-states and EIST in BIOS
Take a peek at the Control Panel and check Device Manager to see if any hardware is throwing a tantrum with buggy drivers—look for those annoying yellow or red warning icons. You should also run a memory test to see if your RAM is acting up and hit your drives with a `chkdsk c: /f` to make sure the file system isn't a mess. Finally, run a full scan with an antivirus and antispyware; if you aren't paying for a premium suite, just stick with Microsoft Defender and the free version of Malwarebytes. 👍
That’s most likely what happens after a Windows update messes with your power management settings. Here’s how you fix it: kill off Fast Boot—specifically by disabling hibernation—and just set your sleep mode to never:

👍
Grab yourself HD Tune Pro or some other diagnostic tool and run a full scan for bad sectors; if you start seeing red, that SSD is basically headed straight for the landfill. If you want to go the DIY route instead, just fire up the command prompt and run this to check both the physical sectors and the overall integrity of your file system:
chkdsk c: /r (use c: or whatever drive letter your SSD actually uses)
You can dig deeper into how that works here:

Not quite. For what they're asking, you could easily snag a machine that actually packs a punch—something with a dedicated GPU, an optical drive, and a SATA HDD thrown in for good measure. I’m still rocking a laptop from 2010 that’s better equipped than this proposed setup, even though I paid the exact same price back then.
Pretty weak lineup if you ask me. You're stuck with just a 256 GB SSD since there’s no SATA HDD slot to expand things, plus there's no DVD-RW drive and the graphics card is pretty underwhelming. Everything else is decent enough, I guess.
Just because a basic Google search comes up empty doesn't mean they aren't there; those surface-level searches only scratch the surface by focusing on the most obvious culprits. Parasites are pretty much everywhere, living inside all of us—it’s really just a matter of which ones you have and how many. If you look at autopsy reports from intestinal studies, they estimate an average adult man is carrying around two pounds of parasites, while women carry slightly less. You also have to realize that your typical over-the-counter drugstore meds usually only kill off the adults, leaving the eggs behind to hatch later, which is why that specific herbal blend I mentioned is the only way to actually clear the slate.
The ultimate herbal cocktail for wiping out parasites:
The non-negotiables:
1. Wormwood — takes out the grown ones
2. Black walnut hull — cleans up the adults
3. Clove — hits those eggs hard
Bonus boosters (not required, but if you want to go full scorched earth):
4. Garlic
5. Cinnamon
Either whip up a tincture or just brew your own custom tea blend from this list. You’ll need to take it after meals for at least three weeks straight. This stuff is basically a tactical strike designed to clear out everything, whether they're hanging out in your gut or hiding elsewhere in your system.
