Three potential issues with my monitor

Second issue: Sometimes it just blacks out and the power light starts blinking. Either way, I have to hard reboot the PC. The guys at the local tech shop told me it's probably my graphics card. Third issue: When I try to install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the computer just shuts down completely. I can't even restart it or turn it back on—I have to physically unplug it from the wall and plug it back in before the computer will boot up again.
