My blood work came back totally fine about a month ago. So, what exactly is an OGTT?
Do you guys think it's actually worth making a doctor's appointment?
Anyone have experience with this? Please let me know.
Basically, I've always been thin and never actually feel hungry, so I force myself to eat at set times just to stay on track.
Lately, though, things have changed. When I'm overdue for a meal, I start shaking. It’s not even that I feel hungry—it's just this sudden onset of tremors and general weakness.
It can happen even if I ate only an hour ago. That wave of weakness just hits. Once I eat something—even just a bit of sugar—I'm fine within ten minutes.
Both my parents are diabetic, and I'm starting to worry there might be a connection here.
We applied some Desitin, obviously, but it’s just too greasy. Now his skin is chafing even worse when he walks, and it feels like he’s sweating more because of it.
Tried to pick up some Desitin powder today, but it was completely wiped out at the local CVS. They said they have no idea when it'll be back in stock, so I settled for some Desitin liquid solution instead. Let's see how that goes.
My husband has this redness in his groin area, some peeling skin, and a pretty unpleasant odor. We’re thinking it might be a yeast infection since I’ve been dealing with my own version of that for years.
Since he’s refusing to see a doctor over something like this, has anyone dealt with this before? Any suggestions for over-the-counter stuff we can grab at a CVS or Walgreens?
Any advice out there?
Thanks
