So, I’ve been dealing with this nagging pain in my left tonsil for maybe two or three days now. It feels like there’s some tiny little thorn stuck in there—every single time I swallow, it’s like a sharp jab. It isn't super intense during the day, but once evening rolls around, it really starts to ramp up. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on? Also, if you know any old-school home remedies or some weird "grandma's cure" to take the edge off, let me know, because this sensation is honestly just gross.
I don't have a fever or anything, and my head isn't throbbing—it’s just this one specific, annoying spot.

So, what’s the deal with this annual review thing? Honestly, I feel like you could just hand the whole file over to someone else—anybody, really—and they’d be able to point out exactly where things went sideways. 🙂
I'll get right on that—thanks! 🙂
So, I've been dealing with this breathing issue for about two months now—basically that nagging sensation where you feel like you just can't get enough air in, like you're slightly suffocating. Three days ago, I finally got a diagnosis: dust mite allergies. My doctor put me on Singulair (been taking those for ten days) and gave me a Flovent inhaler three days ago once the allergy was confirmed, but honestly? Nothing's really changing yet. I’m stuck waiting another twenty days for my follow-up because my pulmonologist is out on vacation. Is it too early to expect things to actually start looking up, or should I be worried that it’s something else entirely?
I'm also a total wimp when it comes to doctors and hospitals, so I'm really crossing my fingers that this isn't anything major. 😢
