Shoulder injury

I probably trashed my shoulder. It’s been two days and moving my arm still hurts like hell, so I need to see a doctor. The issue is I have zero clue where to go—I'm stuck in Washington, D.C. right now, and if I were back home, I'd just hit up my regular GP. I'm staying over in the Monarchy area, so if anyone can point me toward a decent spot for this, let me know. Honestly, I have no idea what the move is since I've never actually had to deal with doctors before. Thanks.
