I've been an Android user for years, but I'm seriously considering making the jump to iOS. I've heard the ecosystem is great, but the loss of customization and file management sounds like a massive headache. For those who made the switch, do you actually regret leaving the freedom of Android behind?

Technology is basically just applied knowledge, so on paper, it should have made life easier. Maybe we’re just hardwired for self-destruction. That would explain why things aren't going as planned.

I get why you're scared, but "mental illness" is such a massive umbrella term. Just like any other health issue, great people can get hit by it too. Anyone can struggle, but plenty of people recover. We shouldn't paint everyone with the same brush.
