It’s called Wild Garlic!!
You can usually find it growing in shaded, damp spots, especially near a creek or small stream.
It's absolutely wonderful for cleansing the blood because it's packed with antioxidants. Just a word of caution, though—don't overdo it, or you might end up feeling pretty unwell from getting too many antioxidants all at once. If you're interested, I actually know where entire fields of it grow! It’s best to harvest the leaves during the spring.
