Thyroid looks fine, kidney function is good—but... my ESR is 5 (normal range 4-24)... what can anyone tell me about an ESR reading like that? What does it actually mean?
Every other marker is right in the clear!
Help?????
Got my bloodwork back today. Everything seems solid except for my cholesterol, which hit 5.6. Usually, they want it under 5. What's the fastest way to get this under control? I've been reading that you don't really need meds until you hit 7, and I’d really rather not go down that road if I can help it.
