Hepatitis B vaccination info/discussion

I’m looking for some guidance here. I am currently applying for an internship, and they are requesting my vaccination records specifically for Hepatitis B. The issue is, I don't have those records on hand because I fall outside the age group where it was a standard requirement—I'm 28, and while the vaccine became mandatory back in '99, I simply wasn't part of that cohort. I'm feeling a bit stuck and honestly quite overwhelmed because everyone else involved in the process seems incredibly frustrated, and I haven't been able to find a straight answer from anyone. 😢 If anyone has dealt with this before or knows how to navigate this bureaucracy, please let me know; I would be immensely grateful for any insight you can share via private message.
