So, I went in for some blood and urine work last month...

The results:

Everything looks fine except for a few things:
RED BLOOD CELL 5.26 (3.86-5.08)
HEMOGLOBIN 158 (119-157)
HEMATOCRIT 0.48 (0.36-0.47)
WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT 10.9 (3.4-9.7)

I’m guessing these are just minor deviations, but I was wondering if I should actually bother with any follow-up testing or if it's nothing to worry about.

I guess I'm dealing with the exact same thing. They gave me the whole routine—physical therapy, seeing a chiropractor, the works.

Are you noticing anything else alongside it? Like, maybe some numbness in your arms or chest pains and stuff like that?

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. I just finished getting my X-ray done, so we’ll see what the doctors say next. I'm pretty sure physical therapy is going to be on the agenda...

So, does absolutely nobody have any clue about this... 😢

For the last month and a half, I've been dealing with constant dizziness, back pain, and this weird tingling in my left arm. I finally saw a doctor yesterday, and they prescribed some pills to help with circulation along with Antilles for calming down. Honestly, I feel pretty terrible—I can't move around much because of the vertigo. I can sit for a little bit, I guess, but lying down is really the only way I feel okay.

Now I have to get a full spinal scan and run some more tests on my vestibular system.

Has anyone else dealt with anything like this? How did you manage?.. I’m starting to get a little freaked out that it might be a stroke or even a tumor...

My head and arms just feel so heavy—kind of like when you have the flu—and I keep thinking I won't be able to move them, even though I actually can move them just fine. When I take the Antilles, the symptoms seem to settle down a bit... last night, I also had a hard time focusing my vision—just a tiny bit—like my eyes were "heavy" or something.

Someone please help... 😢😢

Thanks

Maybe a panic attack?

Have you ever messed around with Leciton? I’ve been taking it myself—it seems to help me focus better, which honestly makes my work sessions a bit more productive and helps me stay in the zone longer.

Or maybe some ginko tablets... they basically work on the same principle.

Maybe go chat with a pharmacist at a CVS or Walgreens to see what they’d recommend; I'm sure they have plenty of options available.

Best,
