Concert Announcements - Archive

I’m kind of lost here, so I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I’m trying to snag two tickets for the Bring Me The Horizon show in Chicago on November 10th via Eventbrite.
The website is only giving me the option for home delivery, but when I checked with the folks at the local CVS and the Shell station nearby, they can see the concert in their system—they just get an error whenever they try to sell me the tickets.
Why am I not seeing an option to just print the tickets out on my own printer?
