Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?
in Health ·
Hey everyone,😉
I’ve been lurking here for over a year now. I'm dealing with a deviated septum from an old break,
and honestly, it looks pretty rough. In photos, my face just looks off—my nose pulls to one side and the tip looks all bulbous and weird. It's frustrating.
Plus, I can't breathe through my left nostril at all.
I have a question regarding surgeons. I recently went in for consultations with Dr. Miller and Dr. Davis. For those of you who have had rhinoplasty done by either of them, what were your results? Are you actually happy with how things turned out?
Regarding the actual consultation process: Dr. Davis felt pretty skeptical about the outcome. He kept harping on the risks, but at the same time, I didn't feel heard. He was practically pushing me to put down a deposit right then and there, which felt wrong. To make matters worse, he wouldn't even look me in the eye during our talk; he just stared out the window the whole time. Total WTF moment.
On the other hand, Dr. Miller gave off a much better vibe. He felt like a classic, old-school professional—warm, straightforward, and a true gentleman. He explained everything clearly and gave me a much more optimistic outlook on the procedure.
So, I'm looking for feedback on their surgical results—did they give you a nose you actually like?
😉
Has anyone here had a bad experience with either Dr. Miller or Dr. Davis?
Thanks in advance.
