Look, there are actually a ton of solid, constructive ideas flying around here. Seriously, hats off to Spitki and everyone else from all the different groups who stepped up and put in the work on this. I honestly think if we end up needing to chip in for legal counsel—or if we’ve got some lawyers hiding among us fans—everyone will step up and pay their share. This isn't just one group's headache; it's a problem for all of us.
And listen, we can't go making stupid mistakes that just dig us a deeper hole. We have to be smart about this. Every time we give the media something ridiculous to tear us apart over, it just makes the general public dislike us even more. And we need the public on our side. We can't fight this battle alone. We need to take this straight to the Supreme Court of the United States, and if that fails, all the way to Strasbourg.
