New fan legislation

I think it’s time we grew up and stopped acting like toddlers fighting over whose dad is better, especially now that this new fan legislation has landed on our desks.

Here is the proposed bill. If this actually passes, it could seriously damage or even completely wipe out the entire supporter culture here in America...

In my opinion,
-Taking away someone's passport is a huge no-go. If the authorities need to know where a person is during a ban, there’s absolutely no reason to seize their travel documents.
-Also, they should never be allowed to notify schools regarding minors. It just leads to students being discriminated against by their peers and teachers. We don't notify schools for any other types of offenses, so why start now?

There is. There always is, as long as there are people like us who can actually recognize the evil that's working against us...

Five years ago, when I was warning everyone that we were going to get screwed over and treated like animals unless a few hundred of us started a serious hunger strike, people called me a nutcase and a doom-monger. Now, more and more people are actually starting to listen.

It’s the exact same thing happening all over the US. As people start opening their eyes, our chances of actually succeeding grow. We have to pull the root cause of this mess right out of the heart of football. It's all about the money

here’s the heavy hitters from the new fan legislation
- masking your face—using a hat, scarf, or whatever else to hide who you are
- they actually defined being drunk now, and having a BAC over 0.02% is strictly forbidden
- if the cops suspect you’re a fan, they can pull over your car or bus whenever they want to check for pyrotechnics, booze, drugs... and if the driver or passenger is under the influence, they can just yank your license right then and there
- police have the power to cancel a game or shut it down entirely mid-match
- bans that force you to check in at a precinct or stay stuck inside a station
- these bans apply when traveling abroad too (meaning handing over your passport, checking in at local PDs, or staying at the station)
- protective measures (anywhere from 1 to 2 years) can be slapped on you even without a formal fine
- checking in at the precinct: you gotta show up at least half an hour before kickoff and tell them exactly where you'll be during the game and for 2 hours after
- for those forced to hang out at the station, you gotta show up 4 hours early and stick around until 2 hours after the final whistle
- for international trips, you have to hand over your passport 7 days in advance
- high-risk games will require a dedicated referee on-site at the stadium
- if you're a college student and break any of these rules, the cops are gonna notify your university
- for minors, they’ll notify parents, social services, and the school
- fines range from $100 to $1,000, plus 3 to 30 days in jail (for things like masking your face, being drunk, offensive chants, or having pyro)
- fines from $400 to $2,000 for throwing stuff on the field, singing certain songs (hate speech stuff), lighting flares, inciting fights, getting in on brawls, storming the pitch, or damaging the stadium or transport
- fines between $500 and $2,000 (plus 20 to 60 days in jail) for failing to show up if you're banned, or if you rack up two offenses within 2 years
- 10 $0.00 if you get caught at the stadium while you're supposed to be banned
- the police are keeping a massive database on people and match events (all personal info, nicknames, photos, everything...)

This regional hatred, or whatever you want to call this "special characteristic," is quite something😕...I truly wonder which category this falls into: when Scumbag gives speeches on a waterfront while a massive crowd screams about eating the piers and the railings like black crows... perhaps they were just opening their mouths to breathe, who knows?🤷

Even the president of our neighboring democratic and liberal Mexico warned us in a recent weekly magazine that such chanting is inappropriate... maybe it reminds him of the criminal Storm.😢...we really ought to think about the future and coexistence in the region... just imagine how Congressman Smith feels hearing such genocidal rhetoric at a stadium, especially since he worked so hard in the legislature of the Republic of Mexican Appalachia to wipe them out.😢...yet here they are again... at the stadium.😠

One has to admit, a good portion of the blame lies squarely with the fans themselves (especially the BBB). Their own foolish decisions—the internal fracturing, the Kapfenberg mess, Shore's involvement with the national team, the "cleansing" incidents, the whole business at the gate—have all handed everything over to the journalists on a silver platter. They've practically begged for the media to paint them in the worst possible light, until the point where nobody even cares to hear the other side of the story anymore.

Just imagine the sensationalist headlines the media would churn out if they got wind of it all🤣

But look at it from the perspective of your average American citizen—you know, the simpletons—who sees some phantom "cleanup" email, then watches kids screaming in the town square with brooms, smashing cameras, and general street brawls breaking out everywhere... plus that one kid with long hair who ended up dead, whose attackers have Dynamite songs on their MySpace profile... the end result? "Well, Georgia is justified with that new fan legislation..."

I mean, there’s no denying it—it's all true...
As for that situation with the kids downtown, I personally thought it was a solid showing, provided more of the crew had turned up, specifically some of the older heads...

If we all just walk out of the stadium ourselves, there won't be anyone left! If nobody shows up, people might actually start questioning things and fix these absolute sh*tshows... basically, a boycott. Any other solution is just going to land us bans, jail time, or massive fines sooner or later..

I'd love to hear some other solution, or even just some solid arguments for one..
