It struck me as though he had completely run out of gas🤷

I get it, but Ferrari has been the dominant force for years... it would be a massive blow if they got absolutely dismantled for an entire season, even if Massa put on a decent show in Shanghai

I know, if they hadn't made so many rookie mistakes last year, Massa would have probably secured a championship ages ago. They’re just sloppy... whereas over at McLaren, things seem much more focused. I’ve been reading that they're considering a development freeze, but why be so stagnant? If I were in charge, I’d be working overtime... they have the resources and the manpower to do it, and frankly, I doubt they'll just sit back and let all that money and talent go to waste...☕

I don't get it. How could they possibly justify neglecting the diffusers entirely?...

And even more baffling, how did they think they wouldn't be flagged as illegal😵

That’s what I’m wondering too. At the end of the day, we're talking about the Ferrari brand. Given all the hype, I was expecting a literal rocket...

as far as I can tell, they've been legalized, so that's that. What is Ferrari even planning to do about it at this point?

😕

EDIT:
Looking at this article above, it just confirms my suspicions. Absolute idiots. Now we’re stuck waiting out half the season while they sit on their hands, doing nothing to protest the FIA's decision to deny the appeal...

They're just playing games instead of getting the job done and giving us all the middle finger...😁

Felipe Massa didn't earn that reputation, and frankly, calling him a crybaby is ridiculous. It’s actually laughable to me because he just showed he has a heart and genuinely cares... if everyone were made of stone, we'd be nothing more than a degenerate society. go felipe baby👍

rustystag7 said:So what’s the problem with Felipe Massa???
I get it, making fun of him is easy, and I respect the right to joke around, but we are talking about a man who missed out on being the Formula 1 runner-up by a single point...
And that was a point secured by Glock under some pretty questionable circumstances....
Regardless of his words or whatever anyone thinks of him...

Sure, I’ll admit Massa had his fair share of brainless moments, but he had far more brilliant ones. Again, I'm just pointing out that this is a guy with a massive win count, a man who finished 13th to 3rd yesterday, yet not a single word was mentioned in yesterday's posts. And let's not forget he was fighting one of the most difficult cars on the track—honestly, if I recall, the car was maybe 5-7 kg heavier than the Pickett...

So, you can take those lectures about objectivity and bias somewhere else...😉

And here I thought I was alone in my views... honestly, the way people constantly underestimate Felipe Massa is just exhausting...☕

Massa was miles ahead today... ☕just count Hamilton's spins and wild slides, then compare them to Massine taj's performance ☕

Whether Mass 😕had an engine failure or a gearbox issue doesn't change the fact that he's lost his touch in the rain ☕

And as for Hamilton's drive today and how he scraped those points... it could easily go down as some of the most damn luck we've ever seen in F1 history ☕

Thank God someone finally showed some common sense and objectivity... ☕

I suspect Sebastian Vettel was running about 3 ounces short on fuel, and that’s likely what tipped the scales...☕😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

The momentum behind the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team is starting to slip... with the Shanghai Expo approaching, everyone is gearing up to debut their new chassis, and I expect we'll see a mad scramble to modify diffusers and all that technical nonsense ☕☕☕☕that's when the real picture emerges. The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team👎

I find myself in complete agreement with you...👍That’s exactly where my head is at regarding Ferrari... I can't say I disagree with you there...☕

maybe you'll finally learn to be satisfied with just a few points here and there if they actually manage to score something...🙂

because winning isn't everything when you have nothing...😛

we'll see how it plays out...☕
And unfortunately, I’d go as far as to say things look even bleaker for you over at McLaren...☕

mistybear87 said:One thing is certain: every single team running those double-decker diffusers already has a standard setup ready to go, and a good number of the teams sticking with the traditional design are likely already halfway through developing their own double-decker versions...

In any case, things should get interesting at the GP of USA-Austin 👍

But honestly, we won't truly know where everyone stands until the playing field is leveled and everyone is running the same specs ☕
