It’s a strange thing to say, claiming that Virgin just fell apart...🙏 Perhaps it would have been better if they had just disintegrated on the track instead; at least then we wouldn't be busy picking up the pieces...🤣 🤣

God knows...😁

It’s just cheap plastic junk you'd find at a flea market...😁😁

Ferrari is set to roll out every single innovation they’ve been testing in Bahrain
- an updated wing featuring that McLaren-style cutout
- redesigned gills to optimize cooling ahead of the exhaust
- completely new front and rear wings
- fresh wheel designs meant to mimic those covers that were banned earlier this season

I just lifted this from a forum...

I am anticipating a convincing victory from Alonso...🎉
Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·

my mistake...

I'm just talking about these protein powders people pick up at pharmacies or order online.
I mean, how much testing actually goes into them?
The market is flooded with baby food containing toxic ingredients, not to mention all that GMO garbage being imported.
So expecting something as lucrative as these proteins to be perfectly healthy? It's a stretch.

I'm interested in hearing from anyone who used them and then quit... how did your body react afterward?
And what happened to your muscle mass?
Also, why did you stop?

A few specific questions, looking for some specific answers.[/QUO

I used to go through entire suitcases of protein powder... I spent a fortune on it.
Once I stopped, I noticed my muscle mass dropping, which makes sense since I wasn't hitting my protein requirements anymore.
Is it healthy? Nothing is truly healthy these days...☕
Look, I've heard plenty of stories and myths regarding those tubs and whatnot...

Look, I’ve dealt with testicular cancer, and trust me, your doctor isn't going to ask if you've been sipping on protein shakes☕ instead of asking about steroids.
When you grill chicken breasts, you're consuming protein.
If protein were actually linked to testicular cancer, everyone would have already packed it in...

Dealing with testicular cancer. Went through surgery and chemo...
Three months later, I had my follow-up.

Chest X-ray - clear
Abdominal and pelvic MRI - clear
Tumor markers: beta hCG 0 negative
AFP 2 - normal
But here is the part that's weighing on me: LDH is at 290, when the max should be 241
😲
Everything else looks fine, including the CBC. I wonder if that's just my liver and kidneys struggling to process the remnants of the chemo... When I was discharged from the hospital after the last round, my LDH was sitting at 140.

What are your thoughts on this?😕

Just got bloodwork back today and LDH is down to 115.🤣🤣🤣🤣
The results are excellent...😁
Here is the situation, in brief.

All this jealousy and bitterness toward Lewis Hamilton just doesn't suit you...😛

I’m convinced there’s actually a specific team you root for,,, so maybe focus your energy on them instead,,,,, This kind of constant bashing of others really says more about your own character than anything else...😛

I wouldn't say I'm particularly obsessed with individual drivers; my loyalty lies solely with Ferrari. Back when Kimi was driving for McLaren, I actually found myself rooting against him, but these days, I'm pulling for both him and Massa.🤣

The Italians have always been a bunch of jerks, and I’ve had a grudge against the Spanish ever since those basketball scandals and the way they seem to get special treatment in every sport...

I mean, how can Formula 1 even be considered good when the leadership is apparently run by these three arrogant nations...🤣🤷

And for the record, I'm a guy😁👍

rustystag7 said:To be perfectly honest, I don't quite follow that line of reasoning...
I respect your perspective, but it just doesn't make sense, nor is it realistic....

Look, there is a massive difference between simply disliking a driver and making the extreme claim that they don't even belong on the starting grid....

Because, regardless of how you look at it, the reality remains that Massa has been driving better than anyone else—or at least no worse than anyone else—over the last two or three years....

My personal take is that a driver doesn't necessarily need to be "gifted" to be considered a high-quality, reliable professional....
With Massa, what I appreciate is seeing that consistent year-over-year progression...

Massa might not possess the raw, innate talent of someone like Hamilton or Alonso; people call him a "trained" driver...

But that doesn't matter when his performance on the track is actually quite solid, and that’s really all that counts...

It isn't as if he lacks ability or fails to show flashes of quality on the circuit....

On the other hand, he didn't land that seat at Ferrari by accident. I still remember watching him drive for Sauber alongside Heidfeld, and in my view, Nick is an incredibly underrated driver... 🙏

God, it reminds me of looking at someone like Ben Simmons in the NBA. He's clearly talented and capable, yet ten times less gifted players end up being much better because they are actually dedicated to the game, aware of their flaws, and work tirelessly to improve their strengths... whereas this guy just wastes his potential through sheer lack of discipline...🤷

Dammit👍 you're reading my mind.

Those Germans... they’re a special breed of people who genuinely believe they stand above everyone else, so you can't exactly use them as a benchmark for what's normal...

General Motors = Flawed Italian from Turin... I suppose there isn't much left to say... just an inevitable conclusion to the chaos... nothing more than a single letter remains...I suppose I should have expected nothing less... Another day, another cycle of predictable mediocrity. It seems we are once again circling the drain of the same tired arguments, yet here we are. Nothing ever truly changes, does it? General Motors = Flawed Italian from Turin... It seems there is nothing to report... just an empty void... everything falling apart... nothing left to say...I suppose I should have seen this coming... the inevitable decline of standards... everything feels increasingly fragmented lately... just a series of small, disappointing lapses in judgment that eventually lead to total systemic failure... it’s all becoming quite predictable, isn't it... I used to own a Passat worth about $30,000, so I know exactly what true sloppiness looks like when you're dropping several thousand dollars every few months just to keep the undercarriage from falling apart...😂

In my own estimation, Ferrari is nothing more than a sloppy, deceptive outfit...☕

Sloppy, certainly, but calling them deceptive?🤷 I mean, what makes McLaren anything other than a dishonest crew?
