The real issue here is TT. From where I’m sitting, his track record is looking pretty grim: he’s doubling down on those destructive, rogue projects, completely gutted the local administration, and seems to have developed total amnesia regarding his campaign promises—unless, of course, those promises involved expanding pedestrian zones (that whole disaster over in Beverly Hills) or banning "Walk for Life" flags.

Was he always this calculating, or did he manage to descend into corruption with such startling speed? If this level of deviousness has been part of his DNA all along, then what is he actually aiming for? At this point, it feels like more than just simple incompetence. There is something profoundly dark lurking within that inner circle that genuinely makes my skin crawl.

Just find my post or whatever I said earlier—if you can even remember. Look at what he's done to his actual campaign promises.

I called the lab—managed to find a number on their website (of course they don't list direct lines for specific labs like they do at Mayo Clinic)—and they were incredibly rude. They wouldn't give me the number for the specific lab, and the switchboard told me they aren't allowed to give out direct numbers. In this stupid hospital, you can't get hold of anyone, even though they list five different phone numbers on their site. They wouldn't tell me anything, and they flat-out refused to email my results. At Mayo Clinic, they always do that because they know how important it is for a specialist to see the data immediately.

The absolute cherry on top of this interaction with the cranky, rude old lady at the lab was her telling me that I'm not even in their system. She claimed patients from the day hospital aren't "registered," and apparently, I'm not listed under my doctor either because she’s only been working there for three weeks, so according to her, I must belong to someone else. (WTF??? How does she think that works??)

That Holy Spirit place is full of nurses cutting corners. It's a long story. Just talk to the doctor.

So, I very politely gave them a piece of my mind using a bunch of other polite words, basically telling them I have zero intention of living in the 20th century by driving all the way back there just for something that could be sent in thirty seconds—which is how everyone’s been doing it for years. I suggested they just upload the results and the next appointment to WebMD.

Man, compared to other hospitals, that place is like Switzerland. Everything was manual because it used to be a municipal hospital. I asked them why, and they just said they're always the last ones to get anything updated. And besides, they send results via email to anyone who asks. Some people just don't want to do their jobs. Or maybe they're starting to hide behind that GDPR nonsense again.

Man, I honestly don't know. If they have that 2100 certification, they're technically required to take you in. You could probably check the Social Security Administration website, though I can't remember the exact link. The colors are: green, yellow, and orange.

Speaking as someone who used to be a hardcore hiker for years—though unfortunately, I had to quit for health reasons—we always used to slather ourselves in something before hitting the trails. I think it was Autan or some similar repellent. Then you wear long sleeves, sweat your soul out, and end up with something like pneumonia because you didn't change clothes immediately.

The guy made a medical error, and the least you can do is file a complaint with the medical board. Because you should have been transferred to a hospital capable of performing a coronary angiography immediately during that first admission, simply because...

...you were already having an infarct back then. Myocardial, obviously. Since the troponin levels weren't staying constant but were showing clear dynamics. And I'm assuming the unit is micrograms per liter here—anything over 2.5 to 4.0 is already significantly elevated. There was a downward trend, sure, but there was still movement. Which proves it was an infarct—an NSTEMI in this case—and the acute phase had already passed by the time you hit the hospital. So, the doc screwed up even worse than a VAR call that just disallowed a perfectly good goal for Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
Did they happen to check your creatine kinase (CK) levels too?

Great, she can sue the medical board. What will that achieve? Nothing. Though I guess it would actually mean something if they actually handed out punishments around here.
