Is soy protein actually any good? I was at the grocery store today and spotted some soy granules meant for making veggie patties. It turns out there's 50g of protein in every 100g of the product, which is quite impressive. I'm not sure if any other food source reaches that kind of percentage.

You’re much better off using large fins. Diving and all that. To be honest, before I took up scuba diving, I didn't even realize that specific muscle group existed. After a session underwater, I could barely walk. However, it strengthened up incredibly fast.

I received my seasonal flu shot earlier today (not the swine flu version). It also occurred to me that I have a party scheduled for this evening. Since I plan on consuming a fair amount of alcohol, I am curious if there might be any side effects or complications? Furthermore, how long should I wait before drinking?
