It’s just... there's zero rushing here, no frantic pacing, and none of that mindless fluff you see everywhere else nowadays...

Exactly... it reminds me of that weird piece of content from Argentina that popped up online recently... I have no clue who put it out or when, other than the fact that they're Argentinians (maybe it's an undercover Newell's operation)

If that’s really how it is... then with all due respect, he should have at least a little bit of common sense—but based on what’s actually written, I’m not seeing it at all.

So, has Aaron Rogers2 returned yet, or are they still under those bans?

Drew Perez said:When does the Navy celebrate its birthday?

12/13

That was the legendary date when they clashed with the police... and of course, someone shouted "Navy" during the chaos. It’s actually pretty symbolic—those numbers, 1, 3, 1, 2, are basically code for ACAB, you know, that whole "all cops are bastards" thing people shout at rallies. That specific incident is what sparked that famous slogan that’s been echoed in stadiums and high schools all across America.

Chechen is basically the blueprint for what the modern American ultra/casual scene has become—a total joke. And honestly? These types of fans are exactly why there’s such a massive, bloated number of them popping up in every corner of the country (except maybe the Black Knights, where there’s actually some sort of goal and way fewer cliques—at least the club comes first for them). One day, when you actually have guys like Paul Taylor2 in the core of the movement—or better yet, when people actually start respecting the opinions of "normal" guys like him—then maybe you can expect your West Stand, North Stand, or whatever other random group name you've cooked up to actually grow and gain some real substance.

The biggest issue with our supporter sections (aside from the fake stuff happening with the Black Knights) is that nobody actually puts the club first. The late Ico used to say, "all those guys pretending to be fans are just a bunch of cowards"—and honestly, I don't think anyone ever said anything better, regardless of how much he was stepped on. I can scream my lungs out, jump on the railings, and talk trash about the players all I want, but what does it actually mean if I don't give a damn about the club? If I'm really just there to plant my flag, fix it when the wind blows it over, throw a menacing look from under my Fred Perry cap, try to set up a confrontation, and—of course—take a selfie on the fence like a total idiot... then what am I even doing?

Of course, you also have to clean out all the garbage within the MLS and the USSF and finally build the league on a solid, professional foundation.

And that song... I swear I can still hear Layne Staley's voice ringing in my ears—isn't that just pure, raw originality?

😁

God dammit... seriously... here we go again... it's actually happening.

😁

Since I see people bringing up songs, I figured I'd toss this in:

-My heart suffers in silence...

-For you, I’d dive into the deep blue just to bring back shining pearls...

I don't think anyone else mentioned these on previous pages... they were the first ones to pull them out... and man, these tracks are top-tier. Same goes for "Because of Her, I'm Overjoyed," "We Stand in the West," and "God, How I Love San Francisco"...

Unfortunately, they haven't really blown up on YouTube or the forums, so a lot of people don't even know about those pirate songs. To me, in terms of pure originality, they actually beat out the Ultras and our own stuff. I went to Ocean Beach a few times for regular games (not against LA Galaxy), and honestly, they're the only ones in the American scene with that specific vibe and spirit. Even if they aren't the biggest group, they're always at the top for me... seriously, where are the San Francisco fans?😍

And when it comes to San Francisco-style, the king is the absolute greatest...😁
The Armada in Fans ·
As if we needed more "originality" thrown in our faces...😂

The Navy is solid... I don't know why, but your releases always hit the mark for me—maybe it's just because people from San Diego are the best in the States, so I guess I'm biased toward you guys.😍

But all in all, products from Aldi and Lidl are very high quality and frequently beat out some of the famous brands.

Generally speaking, most people here in Germany shop at Aldi and Lidl. First off, you know exactly where everything is, and secondly, everything you buy is actually worth the money.

It's not like shopping at a Walmart in Chicago, for instance. You pick up some "Vian" cheese spread because it’s the cheapest option, and once you open it, you realize exactly why it was so cheap—it's so thin you can barely even spread it.

As far as I know, Walmart and Lidl actually share the same owner... which explains why they both have that endless sea of private labels—but honestly, Walmart is the one that actually carries everything under the sun.

So, while I was traveling through Germany—specifically around North Rhine-Westphalia—all I really saw were Aldi, Kroger, and the occasional Lidl. From what I could gather, the prices at Kroger are pretty much on par with what you'd find at Aldi or Lidl. The only real difference is that Kroger doesn't lean as heavily on its own private labels; they have that one specific brand, sort of like our Clever here, and honestly? Some of those items are actually decent quality.
Retailers in America in Economy ·
Yeah, honestly, I completely forgot to actually weigh in on this thread...

Regarding Lidl and all those big grocery chains... if I recall correctly, the law says they should have at least 60-70% local products on their shelves. When Lidl first broke into the market, everyone was making such a huge deal about how they were going to ruin everything local—you know the drill—but looking back, we basically did that to ourselves...
Walmart is essentially just a supermarket chain for the naive and the media-addled masses in this country... it isn't cheap, it isn't high quality, and it isn't even domestic. Half of their stuff—those brands you see everywhere—who knows where it actually comes from? It’s just repackaged in their own branding so it technically counts as "local." Sure, you can find some cheap items during sales, especially when they open new locations...
But all that constant advertising telling us to "buy local" and claim they're the cheapest? It doesn't hold water. If you actually take the time to compare prices with other stores—even international ones—you'll realize the prices are either identical or you could find them cheaper elsewhere. It's all the same crap, really. If you actually want to save money, you have to watch the sales, because that's the only way to save a significant amount of cash...

I went to Lidl again recently. Yeah, they sell a bunch of these private labels, but in terms of quality, a lot of them actually stack up against the big-name brands—just not in terms of price... For instance, they’ll sell a 10-pack of those chocolate snacks that taste and feel exactly like Knoppers for 10-$4.00, while a single original pack of Knoppers will set you back 3-$1.25... and there are plenty of other examples like that...

My bad, I misspoke there... when I said "ours," I meant his brand and mine—since I'm still pulling shifts at that company... it isn't some national thing
Retailers in America in Economy ·
Just another quick example—I won't name the company (unless you count being American...) but they’re world-famous, and there's a good chance you have at least one of their products sitting in your pantry right now. So, here's the deal: an American working as a brand manager at the firm's European headquarters over in Canada decided—in the middle of this massive crisis—to actually lower prices for one of our local brands. Want to know what happened?

While all his colleagues—other brand managers, mind you—were busy slashing headcount, cutting salaries, trimming costs, and gutting product lines just to try and maintain last year's profit margins... this guy did the exact opposite. He slashed prices, and in the middle of a recession, he managed to jack up sales and profits for that brand by about 20%...

And believe it or not, it was an American who pulled it off!

What a joke this country is!
Retailers in America in Economy ·
The entire economy in America basically functions on one simple rule: if sales or profits dip, just jack up the prices...

It’s honestly pointless to debate this when we all know absolutely nothing will change until we finally clear out this entire, outdated mess of a political establishment...

Take this recent crisis tax, for instance—just a rough, amateur observation—but the way they implement it and then scrap it within a few months perfectly illustrates the sheer incompetence of those running America. Meanwhile, all the other political parties just stay silent... and looking at the bigger picture, I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry. Since I still have a job, I guess I'll stick to laughing for now... but once I get laid off and find myself living off government handouts for a year or maybe three months, then I'll be crying too.

Let’s all just take a collective shot at the Navy to boost KOMPLEKSE (assuming they have any space left) because honestly, losing like this is just pathetic... it’s brutal.😁

Keep suffering, loser 😁

Man, I just love Cleveland...😍

Shout out to the locals...that message was top-tier...The Navy is absolute fire!

This whole setup is just pure chaos... total South American style... and honestly? That’s exactly how it should be. It’s refreshing to see something that isn't just another carbon copy of those cookie-cutter European ultra groups, all obsessed with following the same tired templates...👍

Carol Wright9 said:No, he’s actually talking about a fairy tale that starts with "Once upon a time, beyond seven hills and seven mountains, there never once existed an American Fan Code..."

There used to be a sense of personal and family culture—real civility—but this whole fan code thing? It’s basically just something invented on the internet...
And let’s be real: nobody besides parents can instill some kind of behavioral code in someone else... because at the end of the day, they're the ones responsible for raising and shaping a child...
Nowadays, unfortunately, we're all chasing different values—capitalism and consumerism have taken over. People work themselves to death just to spend money the second they stop working, leaving absolutely zero time for actual parenting...🙄

Jesus, seriously—with all those trophies, or even just half of what we picked up at every championship we entered, we could have literally mined the entire United States!

$3.25 It takes a certain amount for a single square foot. Let's just start a fund for demining America right now—then we’ll see how many media outlets cover us and how much positive press we get (and I'm talking about all American fans here)
