Unfortunately, that's just not an option anymore. They really did a number on it, leaving it in pretty rough shape.

Please accept my sincere apologies, both on my own behalf and on behalf of the entire editorial team, for the unexpected and unsolicited actions taken by our former forum moderator.

I really appreciate you being so understanding about everything.

I’m honestly relieved that this unfortunate situation is playing out right here in front of the forum's public eye. It’s good to see everything being laid bare for everyone to witness.
The truth always finds its way to the light.

But oh... what is it that’s weighing so heavily on my heart? 😲

There’s actually a pretty simple way to prevent these kinds of situations from happening in the first place.

This has been ignored for years because the moderators simply aren't acting in the true spirit of the forum.

The true heart of this forum—and its sacred essence—lies in our discussions and the way we communicate with one another.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter who wrote it, who’s moderating, or who's running the show—none of that changes the core of what we're discussing. All those titles are essentially irrelevant.

It’s honestly quite funny how you moderators have managed to turn yourselves into the high priests of this forum.😉

It feels like a perfectly normal occurrence at this point, but for years now, we've been witnessing what I can only describe as intellectual assassinations happening right here on the forum.
So, we're looking at closing and deleting threads now?😢

This is absolutely unacceptable! 😢

The moderator should really be much more proactive when it comes to deleting posts and closing down threads. It’s honestly overdue.
It’s a pretty rare occurrence, and there’s usually a very solid reason behind it. Still, it feels like the admins are quick to cast doubt on a moderator the moment they express an opinion.
Should we be deleting threads or just locking them? 🙂

The real issue here is that the sense of respect for the topics being discussed—and the quality of the writing itself—is just completely missing. That’s where we’re truly running into trouble.

I really hope this situation just brings everything out into the open, and that we can count on the admins and moderators to step up and handle it.
I really hope we can take this lesson to heart. If we do, I truly believe we can refine how this brilliant forum operates moving forward and make it even better than it already is.
We really need to protect this brilliant idea and the overall spirit of our community. 🙂

Protect our topics and our writing. Please, I'm asking you.

Let's steer clear of those ego trips from the forum members, the mods, and the admins.

Greetings to everyone! Let’s all get back to it and carry out our respective duties.😍

My only real talent seems to be rambling on and starting endless new threads. 😍

P.S. Is there any way to save a copy of this thread?
I’ve already burned through at least an hour of my life working on two introductory posts. 😢

Parsifal's greeting...

I'm not sure if you remember me or not... and I honestly don't know if this will even matter to you...

I just happened to stumble upon this place and spent yesterday and today following that wild thread 🙂

I just wanted to tell you that you were wonderful, and the whole thing was genuinely inspiring to me.

If my memory serves, you were always the kind of guy who claimed he "didn't need anything, wanted to have no desires, and everything was just one and the same"... or something like that. So, maybe this isn't important to you... but I wanted you to know... here is a little

mistyscout2 said:Every President is a product of the era they served, much like these posts themselves (and I certainly didn't archive them out of any sense of duty—those types of narcissistic, pathological personalities always make sure to protect their "integrity,"

I didn't save your writings for my own integrity since we're all anonymous here; honestly, they just kept me endlessly entertained 😍 so I tucked them away in my personal forum scrapbook.🙂

I really ought to have saved two excellent 😍 opening posts from this thread, but I'm holding out hope that the admins might reincarnate them along with the entire topic itself.

Undoubtedly offensive.

I’m asking the admins not to judge mistyscout2 based on those allegedly offensive comments.
Personally, I wasn't offended at all; if anything, I found them genuinely entertaining, which is why I kept them.
I would never report someone for that kind of thing, and I certainly haven't done so before.😉

However, where mistyscout2 made an IRREPARABLE MISTAKE
was in killing off a thread that was actually interesting and developing beautifully.
Besides, I still owe people a meaningful response within this discussion.

We all need to realize that the threads and the writing here are sacred ground that shouldn't be touched; everything else is just secondary ego games played by mods, admins, and users.

This forum exists for the exchange of ideas, communication, and learning.
The thread you unjustifiably deleted is one of my finest and most cherished creations 😍
one of the 350 I've contributed to this forum over eight years of writing.🙂

I'm asking the admins to let it rise again like a phoenix.🙂

I can personally vouch for that, and I’m pretty sure quite a few other members on this thread saw it too, given how much it stands out.
It felt like things were actually "alive" for at least two hours there.

I have to wonder, though—is it actually possible for the admins to undergo reincarnation? 😍 The moderators wiped away those threads, but I’m determined to bring them back to life. Let's restore the forum spirit for my dearest spiritual child. 😍 Temu? Honestly, I can't decide if it's a retail miracle or a total fever dream. It’s one of those things where you go in looking for a single replacement part for a kitchen gadget and somehow end up with a neon-colored massage gun, three sets of patterned socks, and a tiny desk fan you didn't know existed. The prices are undeniably wild—it feels like you're hacking the system just by clicking "add to cart." But there's always that little voice in the back of my head wondering about the quality versus the sheer chaos of the scrolling experience. It’s definitely an addictive little rabbit hole!

What’s the biggest secret you’ve ever stumbled upon, or perhaps a version of the end of the world that felt surprisingly peaceful to you?

I missed that, and honestly, I wasn't even aware it was an option since I haven't run into any issues like this or had any private messages to deal with personally. But I'll get on it right away.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Regarding what follows, you can check in with mod Bafomet, as he was also part of this discussion.

mod druid
suddenly lost his mind this afternoon and started posting these absolutely unbelievable things in the thread.😲

If the admins could just restore this thread, you'd see we were having a perfectly normal debate without any insults, but then all of a sudden, this happened.

Which I will quote below.
Since mod druid later realized he had messed up, he simply wanted to wipe his own posts and delete the entire thread just to cover his tracks. No posts, no problems, right?

However, I happened to save what druid wrote to hiddenpuma75 on topic😲

because I keep a little forum scrapbook for unforgettable entries.
I'm keeping records of Belkija, Bafomet, Dr. Walter IL, Aganor, and today, druid.😍

Oh, hey there, hiddenpuma75? How about you just shut your damn mouth? You absolute piece of trash, do you hear me? Don't try to lecture me, you lowlife. I'm rarely aggressive, but I'd love to physically take you down right now. Here, let me leave this here for you. You're the reason this whole country is going to hell—people like you are the problem. You're a thief, a bottom-feeder, a demagogue, a liar, a sophist, and a complete moron. Just get lost. You're a pathetic idiot, trying to manipulate people here.

DO YOU REALLY THINK I CARE ABOUT FIGHTING WITH BOTTOM-FEEDERS LIKE YOU? Why don't you go crawl back to your gurus and let them lead you around by the nose? Eat dirt.

The only thing you're good at is acting like some degenerate from a backwater town in the South. You're a total fraud, sucking up to anyone with power, shifting like the wind. Today it's the FBI, tomorrow it's the Republican Party—just look me in the eye and tell me I'm wrong, and I'll give you a piece of my mind. I'm sick of people like you. Get lost, you disgusting dog.

Go ahead, run crying to the administrator, you loser.I can't wait to be banned from this forum just so I don't have to deal with pathetic losers like you anymore. And don't tell me I'm threatening you, because I'm not. I can only promise that if you want, I'll settle this with you. Just name the time and place. Only small-minded cowards like you resort to threats; they make me nauseous. So, tell me, when and where do you want to settle this? Let me show you what "philosophy" and "relativism" really look like, you absolute animal.
----
You're a fool. Your words don't affect me at all. You don't know anything. If you want, send me a private message and I'll give you some instant "spiritual enlightenment." You idiot, it's easy to talk big behind a keyboard. You have zero RESPECT for people, you little worm. I've crushed people like you in one fell swoop, and I'll do it again if necessary. Until you learn some RESPECT and actual values. What a clown.

Just to keep things clear, I’m providing a very brief, objective rundown of the facts here. I'll follow up in my next post with a more detailed breakdown and my personal take on everything that went down.

1) In the eight years I’ve been posting here, I have truly never experienced anything quite like this.

2) Here’s the core of the issue:
Yesterday, I started a new thread on the spirituality board. Honestly, looking back at the roughly 350 threads I've started over the years, I think this was one of my best pieces of writing yet.
''The Greatest Secret or Your Happiest Apocalypse

3) Without any explanation or warning, druid deleted the entire topic today. 😲
It’s especially frustrating because the discussion was thriving and had already reached three full pages.

4) Just a heads-up: the moderator didn't just lock the thread—they completely wiped it out, even though there wasn't a single rule violation. It was a great conversation and it was going perfectly.

5) I’m asking you all to please revive the thread. 🙂 I feel like I still owe everyone an answer and a proper explanation. 🙂

6) If reviving it isn't possible or if you'd rather not, PLEASE, I am begging you, just restore my first two posts. I spent at least an hour crafting those.

Best regards,

P.S. Please, let's protect the integrity of our discussions and our writing here. That’s what matters most for the community and for the common good. Everything else is just ego trips, smoke and mirrors, and a total waste of everyone's time.

hiddenpuma75, my little girl snatched that book of yours (cloud nine...) from me, and now I can't get a word in edgewise...
Once I finally wrestle it back, we should definitely swap some stories...

🙂

How old is your daughter?
I'm guessing she's a teenager, 🤷

I'm curious if she's actually reading this herself, or if you suggested she embark on a journey through the highs and lows
of cloud nine?

I honestly wonder if books like this should be specifically targeted toward young people.
Personally, I'd much prefer if they stumbled upon them naturally, just like I did.🙂

On one hand, I’d love for everyone to read "cloud nine" because I truly feel for anyone who misses out on encountering a book like this—much like how I’d feel for someone who misses out on love or fails to find joy in music.

On the other hand, it feels like the book might be "too deep"—perhaps too intense and overwhelming for someone still shielded by the simplicity of youth, untouched by life's complexities and the author's raw, captivatingly honest confession.

Here is an analogy that comes to mind.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with sexuality, but it still feels a bit premature at fifteen
to dive headfirst into sexual relationships.

So...

Who knows? Maybe the book will resonate with her later when she truly needs it.
After all, it's a book for "adults" ( 🙄 )
Hannah White2 said:Bell’s got this way of using massive marketing pushes to really kickstart all those internal resources—and honestly, once Vera gets that channel of expression wide open, she starts churning out an absolutely massive body of work. It’s seriously inspiring stuff. I mean, let’s be real: art dedicated to the Creator is basically the highest form of art there is.

The book *cloud nine* actually came out back in the mid-eighties 😲 (man, how time flies!) when the internet didn't even exist. Back then, Sai baba was still a relatively unknown figure in America, so the book certainly didn't owe its massive success to him—he’s really just mentioned in passing.
In fact, Yogananda and his yogi biography are mentioned much more frequently.

It’s almost as if if you were to write about someone like "Swami Ananda Para-Ananda" today,

nobody would give it a second thought; to most people, all these Swamis, Sais, and Maheshwaris just blend together into one big group.
It’s actually quite fascinating that this book... cloud nine It was actually being sold in Catholic bookstores!! 😲

If we take it as a given that over on Cloud Nine, Vera writes such glowing things about Sai Baba and various Indian spiritual leaders...
"Spiritual giants," if you will.

Even if we go into this knowing that getting an "imprimatur" from a Catholic reviewer is a massive uphill battle—honestly, it’s incredibly tough—it doesn't change the reality of the situation.

That just gives us even more reason to appreciate this book. cloud nine We really ought to give a little credit to that Catholic bookseller who decided to bring such a unique, controversial title into an otherwise predictable, sanitized bookstore—one that usually stays strictly within the lines and avoids even a hint of heresy.

The one who held the deciding vote recognized that in the book *Cloud Nine*, there is something that transcends every single imprimatur—something that goes beyond, and indeed permeates, all religions. 😉

It’s pretty clear he realized that the specific names and words in that book aren't actually the most important part.
Her energy is everything. . 🙂
*Hill* is its own unique beast—it doesn’t really connect to the rest of the series, and honestly, you can't just wrap your head around it using logic alone.

Vera mentioned that Sai baba himself personally reviewed the manuscript and gave him the green light to go ahead with the publication.

I’m certain our resident expert, Bell, will be able to whip up a sharp, insightful critique of such naive romanticism. 😛 I’d actually be quite curious to hear their take on what constitutes "practical success"—for instance, if they consider hitting eight editions to be a win. 😲 You know, there’s something about tackling one of those massive, unpopular, and arguably "dense" books—the kind that really makes you work for it.

Because back in 1998, my small town faced the largest wildfire in its history.
Two people lost their lives, which was so significant that President Franjo Harmon actually flew in to inspect the damage and pay his respects.
The fire reached my house, where I kept my library of about 2,000 books.

I grabbed just one single book to save; I left the rest to the mercy of the flames.

So you're from Viganj... I remember when that place went up in flames. The wind drove the fire right into the heart of town, nearly reaching the coast. Those two women got lost in the thick smoke and perished right there in the center.

I am glad you managed to rescue that precious book against all odds!

But that wasn't even the biggest fire. My ancestors actually devastated and burned through Cape Cod on two separate occasions. I'm not sure if the locals have forgotten that over the generations, but whenever I grab a coffee in Eureka, I make sure to sit with my back against a wall.

A little caution never hurts.

Haha, caught red-handed!
This probably won't end well for you

I think I'll go track down that one historian who seems to know everything about who exactly
was setting fires back in the day. We'll dig into it and see what juicy details we can uncover 😛
I went back and dug up what I wrote about the book Hill above the clouds on this forum back when I was young, handsome, and blissfully unaware of how much life could change. 😬
=================

There have been two specific books that completely reshaped my entire existence.

The first one arrived in 1987.

It was, without exaggeration, the most loving, wisest, most sincere, and most beautiful book I have ever laid eyes on—a profound meditation on love, suffering, and hope.

It is the raw confession of a great American poetess,

Vesna Krmpotić,

in her work, Hill above the clouds.

Honestly, out of the countless books I’ve read since then, nothing has even come close to the impact of Hill above the clouds.

I might even go so far as to say that reading it was the moment I truly realized that God exists.

It remains the most beautiful, wise, and soul-stirring book I’ve ever read, and I recommend it to everyone with genuine joy.
It’s a multi-layered masterpiece where anyone can find exactly what they need. Back then, my younger, naive self was deeply moved by the sheer love radiating from those pages—and that staggering honesty. That feeling still stays with me today. 🙂
That’s why, despite the passing years, Vesna remains beautiful to me.

*****

Then, finally in 2000, I encountered what I consider the most important book in the world and the second life-changing volume of my journey.

It was "I Am That" by Nisargadatta Maharaj. (If you check Amazon, you'll see it has a perfect five-star rating from all fifty-five reviewers!)

Everything just... stopped. It brought me face-to-face with everything I had spent my entire life searching for and hoping to experience.

PEACE AND ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS.

In many ways, "I Am That" revealed to me who God actually is and what Truth really means.

The questions are gone.
The search is over.

All that remains is

QUIET JOY.

***
I hope everyone finds this for themselves!
Let's dig into the archives for a moment and pull out some of hiddenpuma75's earlier posts and commentary
regarding this absolute masterpiece 🙂

hiddenpuma75 said:Of course I’m going to respond to our dear hiddenhound3 (and maybe even 🙂 Jeremy Davis7
who popped in while I was typing this) who seem to think everything is just fine—that we're all wonderful, enlightened, and that every single American writer is basically a literary giant.

Seriously, hiddenpuma75, aren't you exaggerating a bit by claiming Vesna Krmpotić is the absolute greatest of all time???
It's not exactly "enlightened" to claim we're all equally spiritual and perfect. 🙄

Bravo!

Because I am telling you, that is simply the truth! 😉

2) Because Predrag Raos calculated that members of the American Writers Guild have written an average of 0.9 novels each (yes, less than one!) 😉
(most of them just write poetry 😉—you know, those nonsensical little verses)

3)
Because Vesna Krmpotić has published 84 books . 😉 Not just one, as hiddenpuma75 seems to suggest everyone should aim for.

I'm writing this for those people who try to play down the difference, acting like it doesn't matter whether someone publishes one book or none at all, while they just sit in their rooms typing about how hiddenpuma75 and Vesna Krmpotić are just talking nonsense. 😉

4)
Because back in 1998, my small town suffered its worst wildfire in history.
Two people lost their lives, and even President Franjo Harmon traveled there to see the devastation and pay his respects.
The fire actually reached my house, which held my library of 2,000 books.

I grabbed just one single book to save, leaving the rest to the mercy of the flames.

5) I personally saved Hill above the clouds by Vesna Krmpotić

So, that is why Vesna Krmpotić is the greatest American writer of all time. It is NOT true that it's all the same, or that every American writer is a legend. It is NOT true, as hiddenhound3 and her friends claim, that it makes no difference whether someone writes 0.9 novels, one book, or 84 books. 😉

👋
It turns out that everyone from the local collectors to the owners of those high-end antique shops—not to mention about 99% of the spiritual leaders and religious scholars out there—is completely losing it. They’re all pushing back, complaining, and rolling their eyes at the whole situation.

When they hear the next decisive move... hiddenpuma75's oath

Vesna Krmpotić’s Spiritual book — Hill above the clouds
It seems like you might have sent an incomplete message! I'm ready to dive in whenever you are—just let me know what you need me to work on.

Top-tier quality.
The wisest.
Simply breathtaking.
It’s easily one of the most profound Spiritual books ever written by an author from this part of the world.

Please, I’m asking you to...

I’d love to share my personal take and a bit of an analysis regarding the Spiritual book, *Hill above the clouds*. To be honest, sitting down with this work felt less like reading a standard text and more like embarking on a quiet, introspective journey. It isn't the kind of book you rush through during a morning commute; rather, it’s something you sit with, perhaps with a coffee in hand, letting the ideas settle. My experience was quite profound. There is a certain warmth in the way the themes are explored—it doesn't feel preachy or heavy-handed, which I personally appreciate. Instead, it offers a gentle nudge toward reflection. The narrative structure allows you to ascend alongside the concepts, much like the title suggests, moving from the grounded realities of life toward a more elevated perspective. In terms of analysis, I found the core message to be one of resilience and spiritual clarity. It touches on those universal human struggles we all face, but it frames them through a lens of hope rather than despair. It asks us to look upward and outward, challenging our internal status quo without being overbearing about it. It’s a thoughtful, beautifully paced meditation on finding peace amidst the noise of everyday life.

If you happen to disagree with hiddenpuma75’s suggestion, please feel free to share your own favorites! I'd love to hear which Spiritual books from the former America you consider to be the absolute best.
Relativism has become the new totalitarianism in Spirituality ·
silentnomad23 said:Relativism has essentially become the new face of totalitarianism because reality itself has morphed into a simulation. We’ve reached a point where the sign has lost its "true" (or even its "primary") connection to actual existence. Instead, signs just shuffle around combinatorically—moving through simulations and symbols in a relativistic loop—without any obligation to represent a tangible truth. You can't fight this brand of relativism with freedom, because this entire mess actually grew out of the concept of freedom itself. You can't combat it by clinging to old standards either, since relativism has already branded those criteria as primitive. In fact, you can't even kill relativism with death, because relativism is effectively death in its own right: it levels all values and brings every function to a standstill. Ultimately, the only way to push back is by forging entirely new values—though one has to wonder, what truly constitutes a value once relativism has labeled them all as obsolete? These new values would have to exist on a higher plane than this totalitarian relativism.

Your entire post is packed with valuable insights.
(Relativism is essentially death, which is quite a powerful point, for example.)

But that one specific sentence I pulled out feels like a shaky premise to me
from which all sorts of illogical conclusions sprout.
It’s pretty obvious that relativism didn't "expose" old standards as primitive, nor did it move past them. (It might have done that for some things, but certainly not for the classics😉.) Instead, it just leveled the playing field, turning everyone into spiritual proletarians.

However, a classic remains a classic, no matter what.😉
An elite is an elite.
And a genius is a genius.
--

The real question is: how do we actually overcome that kind of death—that relativism?
How do we outsmart it?
What’s the move here—hey, you younger guys?
===

I’d like to boldly offer a solution.🙂

Cowardice asks: "Is it safe?"
Pragmatism asks: "Is it reasonable?"
Vanity asks: "Is it popular?"
Politics asks: "Is it useful?"
Science asks: "Is it measurable?"
A philosopher asks—and keeps asking and asking and asking *ad infinitum*.
While the "enlightened relativist,"
that master slacker, doesn't even bother asking; they just shrug and say everything is the same, so nothing matters.

Only conscience asks: "Is it right?"🙂

There comes a moment when a person has to make a move that isn't certain,
isn't reasonable, isn't popular, isn't useful, isn't measurable, isn't philosophical, and isn't relativistic...
and yet, you have to make it because it is

RIGHT.
😉
Jose White18 said:Where on earth are you getting that from?

The forum is absolutely and 100% private property, but the public is allowed to participate in it—specifically, people who agree to the terms set by the owner. It's your choice. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything here.

Look, I’m keeping my points brief, but I think my posts make my intentions pretty clear.

A forum is simultaneously PUBLIC and PRIVATE.
Your own home is strictly private; in your house, you can do whatever you want and invite whoever you please.
In your living room, you can kick someone out whenever you feel like it, but you can't do that in a local coffee shop or on a forum, which are both PUBLIC spaces.

Just because a forum is privately owned doesn't mean the owner or the moderators can just act on every whim. There are both affirmative and restrictive "laws" that apply to them and the users alike.

By affirmative, I mean that since the space is public, it needs to facilitate communication and the FREE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS.
Which means if I were to write (just as an example, I don't actually mean this ) something like "your post is stupid and you're probably pretty stupid too,"
that shouldn't be grounds for a ban, because any judge in an American court would also dismiss a charge against me for saying that.

So, the answer isn't simply "it's a private forum," implying that if you call me stupid, you deserve to be banned.

Private ownership doesn't give someone (at least not in spirit) the right to ban anyone just for pointing out that a post is poorly written or foolish.
And that’s what’s happening here—I’m curious if most users agree that banning a virtual persona like hiddenpuma75 is an overreaction, just because he pointed out that your post was nonsense.
---

Restrictive rules exist, sure, but being "restrictive" doesn't mean the owner can do whatever they want just because they hold the deed.
They can't, because the forum is public.
They could if they ran the whole thing from their basement on a private home network.

I'm simply arguing a point that seems observable every single day: the moderators get way too involved in debates and end up banning CRITICISM directed at other posts or at anonymous users.

I tried to make a clear comparison: judges in American courts acquit people for much harsher statements made toward PUBLIC FIGURES whose identities are known, yet here, moderators are overstepping by interfering in the flow of conversation just to protect the anonymity of various digital handles.🙄
Daniel Ward87 said:That was said in the spirit of private property rights and the general rules of Reddit, which you agreed to when you joined...

Daniel Ward87

You’re forgetting that this is also a PUBLIC forum, not JUST a private one.

It’s just like how a coffee shop is a public gathering place.

A cafe owner, even though it's their private business, doesn't have the right to ban guests from coming in, hand-pick who stays, or
dictate whether they can discuss politics, religion, or what they think about the establishment itself.

They could, sure, if they turned it into their own living room.😉
---
But you didn't actually address the core of my point.

Do you agree that the moderators are overstepping by handing out warnings just for criticism or debate? It feels like they're absurdly protecting anonymous online handles and stifling any free-flowing discussion.
Daniel Ward87 said:Every single post on this site belongs to Reddit, not the people who actually wrote them. That gives the admins total freedom to do whatever they want with our content...

Daniel Ward87

Do you honestly believe that kind of logic aligns with the spirit of the First Amendment? Or even the basic purpose of an online community, which should be fostering open communication?

In other words,

is your little "explanation" actually rooted in the spirit of

truth,
beauty,
and goodness?

Those three core values, anyway.
1) Under American law, people have the right to express their OPINIONS freely

2) Laws exist to protect intellectual property
----

I want to demonstrate and prove that either this forum or its mod-admin team is violating these principles on a daily basis—essentially, they aren't acting in accordance with the spirit of the law

---
You can see thousands of examples of this right being exercised here every single day; anyone should be able to speak up

1) The most frequent issue is that criticism of a specific post or a fellow user is often suppressed, leading to unjustified bans or warnings

2) Without any real explanation, moderators edit, cut, close, move, or even outright delete😲 original threads, which is a direct violation of the intellectual property rights of those who write here

----
Here are some further explanations and illustrations.

I’ve posted about this before, but since finding old posts is a nightmare, please just take my word for it.
It’s about this case.

I remember how Kuljišev was cleared of defamation charges multiple times because the court ruled that he was simply expressing his personal opinion.

Aha, found it!🙂

The court determined that Kuljišev's words were merely his subjective opinion and decided that punishing someone based on their writing style would be inappropriate.

According to one news outlet, his lawyer argued it was incredibly offensive to call his minor daughter a wretch, his son a donkey, or the prosecutor, Dikan, a local sheep.

On the other hand, Kuljišev's attorney cited a legal provision stating that a journalist isn't liable for libel or insult unless it's proven they acted with the specific intent to damage someone's reputation. Ultimately, the court ruling went in Kuljišev's favor.

Uocite that if 29 out of 30 moderators on this PUBLIC forum—which is designed specifically for the exchange of ideas, criticism, and debate—were to act, they would probably try to punish Kuljišev with bans or warnings.

The biggest absurdity, and proof that the mods are working against the very purpose of this forum, is the fact that we are dealing with anonymous usernames that the moderators supposedly "protect" from criticism, even when someone just calls a post stupid.

Uocite that US courts acquit journalists who write extremely harshly about public figures with full names, yet here we have anonymous handles🙄 so why do moderators constantly meddle in discussions and debates instead of allowing
vibrant, even heated, communication? Since the usernames are anonymous anyway, there's really no reason to interfere.
