During my routine checkup, I noticed that my AST and ALT levels came back significantly elevated—nearly double the normal range. My doctor mentioned it’s likely related to my liver, 🤷but I’m a bit puzzled. I don't smoke, I only have the occasional glass of wine, I avoid heavy greasy foods, and I’m generally in great shape and feeling healthy. My blood pressure was sitting at 140/80. What could these numbers actually be pointing toward?😕 I’ve already had more bloodwork done and am just waiting on the 👍☕

With lasers? Isn't that supposed to be the magic cure-all for everything? Someone once explained to me that the pigmentation settles deep within the skin—the epidermis or whatever you call it—so that a laser might not even reach it... If it actually does work, though, does anyone here have any real-world experience with that approach?

Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how to get rid of a tattoo, other than laser surgery? It’s about 1.5 inches by 2 inches on my forearm. Thanks for the help.
