Everything should follow the law, though I feel like justice needs to be done too. Maybe anyone who actually stirred up trouble or called for all that chaos should face some serious, long-term prison time... just so nobody ever dares to start a war again, I guess.

I guess for me, spring usually kicks off once the days start getting longer and we actually see some decent sunshine, which should be happening in about a month or so. I only brought up spring because of the sun and how much it helps with serotonin levels

I guess you guys should just hang in there until spring brings some decent weather, and in the meantime, maybe try to hold off on the suicide attempts. If you’re already thinking about ending it, just don't do it with pills, because honestly, you might feel pretty embarrassed if you actually survive that.
What kind of nonsense is this, and how can people be so weak? I mean, are you even realizing how much you're weighing down everyone around you with all this negativity? Maybe if you tried learning how to be genuinely kind to others—and to yourselves, too—life might actually feel a bit better, instead of being stuck in this mindset where it seems like you only think about yourselves, which is probably why these silly thoughts pop up. A little exercise, hanging out with friends, plenty of love, and just... maybe focusing a little less on being the center of everything. I think that's the recipe, anyway. It worked for me, I guess.
Struggling with learning? in Psychology ·
I’ve basically dealt with this exact same thing my whole life. I could never focus back in elementary school or even high school. But then, once I got to college, someone gave me this bit of advice that actually changed things for me, which was focusing on volume instead of just sitting there for hours. So, if I have an exam coming up, I might split the study sessions over, say, 10 days. I’ll take all the reading material or book pages and spread them out over maybe 8 days, then leave the last two days just for reviewing everything. I don't let myself stop until I hit my daily goal, and honestly, I don't allow myself to do anything else except eat and use the bathroom. It kind of speeds up the learning process because I just want to get my work done so I can be free. If you just try to study by the clock, you end up just wandering around or waiting for the time to pass. This really worked for me, and I actually ended up getting better grades in college than I did in high school.
Good luck dealing with that issue
