Honestly, bumping up doctors' and nurses' salaries isn't going to magically fix how they treat patients.
Look, we've all been there—dealing with absolute saints in healthcare, sure, but also dealing with total jerks—whether you were the one in the hospital bed or just working alongside them. At the end of the day, how someone treats a patient has zero to do with how much money is hitting their bank account. It’s about who they are as people, plain and simple.
Just wanted to drop a quick heads-up—I ended up squeezing it myself yesterday because it was looking so swollen I thought it was actually gonna pop on its own... it was huge. Some white, pretty solid stuff came out—honestly looked just like fat or sebum. I threw a warm compress on it right after and I’m feeling fine now.
Do we even have sebaceous glands on our nipples?

Maybe mine will just disappear from the nipple too—honestly, the one on my eye isn't even bugging me 🤷
I'll probably just ask my OB-GYN about the breast thing when I head in for my checkup next month.
Also, I've got this little white bump popped up right under my eye, kind of on the edge of my lower eyelid 🙂—if that’s even what you call it. It's sitting right where I'm drawing this line with my pencil... just this tiny, hard white bead
Not sure if they're connected or whatever, but I'm guessing this one under the eye needs a scalpel or some kind of surgery to get rid of, but this thing on my nipple... ugh, man, please tell me that one isn't the same deal!
So, a few weeks back, I spotted this tiny white dot on my left nipple. It doesn’t hurt, it doesn't itch... honestly, it’s not even bothering me, but I have zero clue what it is or where it came from out of nowhere!
No discharge or anything—though, let's be real, I don't know if I'm even squeezing hard enough to actually get something out.
I’ve been falling down every internet rabbit hole imaginable, searching for answers... but nothing matches what I'm seeing. I did find one forum thread from some girl asking about something similar, but the doctor responding was basically useless and told her she needed to see someone else because he had no idea what was going on.
I had my routine checkup with my OB-GYN at the start of the year (including a breast ultrasound) and everything seemed fine—just some minor fibrocystic changes, which they said was normal. So, I'm not exactly rushing to book an appointment right this second, though I might end up doing it anyway, ugh.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Did you go see a doctor about it?
