The Lord of the Rings - extended version

Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up The Lord of the Rings - extended version? Ideally, I’m looking for the full set—all three movies together would be much better—but they absolutely have to have the American English audio/subtitles included. I don't mind if it's a local shop or ordered online from somewhere else entirely, as long as it's available in the States. I've been scouring some international websites, but none of them seem to carry the version I'm actually looking for.
