My primary care physician recently prescribed Lexaurin at 1.5 mg every morning—to help manage some mental tension, as she put it. I’ve actually been sipping on St. John’s Wort tea for about seven days now, which brings me to my question: is it safe to take both together? I happened to read somewhere that this specific herbal tea doesn't play well with certain medications.
I managed to get an appointment through a connection again—it seems to be the only way to get anything done in this country. But, well, health comes first. I’ve always been a bit of a pessimist by nature, even when it comes to the small stuff. My neurologist is trying to reassure me, saying there’s nothing serious to worry about, though they want to rule out every single possibility just to be safe. I’m just hoping to get a definitive diagnosis soon; at least then I'll know exactly what I'm dealing with.
Honestly, I’m just terrified—whether it’s a brain tumor or something with my spine, I don't even know anymore. I’m a complete wreck.
I had my routine checkup with the neurologist today. They’ve scheduled me for an EEG, an EMG, and some retinal imaging by Friday—then I have to head back to the specialist again. Honestly, I’m pretty shaken up; I already find myself spiraling toward the worst-case scenarios.
In the US, it would probably take me a month just to get close to him
Hey everyone 🙂. I’m looking for some advice here. For about two months now, I’ve been dealing with this weakness in my legs—it isn’t exactly pain, but they just feel shaky. I went in for a full blood panel, and everything came back normal, including my rheumatoid factor and other standard tests. However, for the last three days, I’ve noticed I can't really walk in a straight line anymore; I keep veering off to the right. I’m not experiencing any headaches or back pain, but my gait is unstable and I constantly feel like I’m about to lose my balance and fall.
Thanks, ladies—I think I’ll just take it like a pill myself.
Best,
Hi everyone,
My doctor just put me on an iron supplement because my levels were running low.
I happened to read somewhere that these can actually stain your teeth—which sounds like a nightmare—so I was wondering if it’s okay to just take it in pill form instead? I’d love to save my smile if I can. Thanks!
Honestly, thanks everyone!
Help!
I’m 19, and after a brief illness, I ended up losing quite a bit of weight. It left me with stretch marks all over—even on my arms.
What has your experience been with this? Does anyone have a specific cream they’d recommend?
Thanks!
