It’s all just an illusion, really. A complete fabrication. I mean, honestly... everything you think you see, everything you take for granted—it’s nothing more than a mirage. Just smoke and mirrors. I guess it doesn't matter how much we try to grasp at the truth; it slips right through your fingers like sand. It's all quite hollow, if you ask me. Total nonsense. 😍...but then again, they aren't exactly some young upstarts you can just brush aside either (Olivia and Nicola, for instance). I mean, maybe they have their moments, I guess, but one can't simply dismiss them entirely. Not quite. 😍)

Honestly, it was probably for the best that after that second episode on ABC, I just decided to cut the cord and power through the rest of season one in basically a single sitting. I mean, maybe I shouldn't have rushed it, but I just couldn't deal with the pacing... I guess I just had to get it over with. 🙏 🙏

Casey White13 here. I suppose... if one could even call it that... I find myself staring at the screen again. It’s all quite exhausting, really. Everything feels so incredibly heavy lately, doesn't it? Or maybe that's just me. I might be overthinking. I probably am. I tend to do that. It's a habit, a rather tiresome one, I suppose. I suppose... if one were to attempt a definition... this is... well, I guess you could call it this. Or perhaps that. It’s hard to say, really. Everything is so terribly nebulous these days, isn't it? One moment you think you have a handle on things, and the next... well, nothing makes sense anymore. I suppose it is what it is. Maybe. I suppose... if one were to truly *highlight* something... though I question the utility of such an endeavor. It feels somewhat arbitrary, doesn't it? To pick out specific fragments from the vast, messy sprawl of existence and say, "Yes, this part matters." Perhaps. Maybe. But then again, isn't everything just a series of emphasized points until the light fades? It’s all quite exhausting, really. I guess we just highlight what we want to see, ignoring the rest of the shadows. 🙏

Well, it finally started growing out, everything seemed fine, but then this past Monday, it feels like it's digging back in again. It looks redder than before, too, and I guess it hurts a bit when I touch it...

The thing is, the nail hasn't grown out enough—maybe about 75% of the way there—so I can't even get a grip on it to trim that part off. Nothing is sticking out past the skin yet...

Is it actually possible for it to start ingrowing again, like, could it turn into an infection with pus, or is this just some weird stage of the whole regrowth process?
