Lisa Sanchez64 said:So, I picked up these adorable little flats, but every time I wear them, my feet smell unbearable. My feet don't usually have this issue, but these shoes are a disaster. Is there a spray I could use on the shoes themselves to minimize the odor? I really need a solution. 👎 thanks in advance for any help
🤣 🤣 watch your language!!! calling smelly flats just shoes??? you should probably call them stinky-toes or odor-ballets 😕
There are plenty of sprays out there—ranging from Armani, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, and Brut to Old Space, not to mention mosquito repellent or air fresheners... but honestly, you'd probably be better off washing your feet more often and wearing those thin liner socks. 🙂
Look, if you're hitting the gym, you're burning an extra 1,000 calories easily. If you keep eating like this, you're essentially working against yourself. Furthermore, with these summer heatwaves, your body is losing massive amounts of water. You're exhausted, and honestly, the next eight months aren't the ideal window to try and pack on weight. For now, just focus on high-calorie intake. Grab a breakfast sandwich the moment you wake up, follow it with a sandwich an hour or two later, then have a heavy lunch. Eat more bread. Add another meal between lunch and dinner—maybe some raisins mixed with honey and cornflakes, or another sandwich. Then have dinner, and finish the night with a bar of chocolate before bed. If you have the budget, grab some Mass Gainer and start doing sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups at home. I guarantee you'll put on 10 pounds in a month or two.
Bradley Barnes90 said:That’s mostly how I play it. I'm not active right now, though I plan on hitting the gym by tomorrow or the day after. As for smoking, I rarely light up. I know people who smoke far more than I do and they stay relatively fit. 🙂 Even when I smoke "socially," or even during stretches where I haven't touched a cigarette for six months or a year, my weight stays steady.😁
Are you looking for muscle definition or just pure mass to move the needle on the scale?
Kyle Long6 said:One more thing: I was taking Centrum multivitamins daily last month, but this month I've only been taking them every couple of days. I keep forgetting, likely because I don't see any actual benefit from them anyway..
Now explain to me how you're supposed to gain weight from taking vitamins.
You need junk food. Burgers, fries, chips—eat that stuff alongside your regular meals. Lisa Rodriguez84, do you smoke? If you do, quit. You'll see an easy 10 to 20 pounds of gain in a month or two once you stop. Eat more cereal, have a few spoonfuls of honey daily, and if nothing else, grab some Mega Mass and drink one or two shakes a day. It's simple: increase your caloric intake and you're done. These are the times we live in. You burn through energy constantly—mostly mental, but physical too. The food we eat just doesn't cut it anymore; it isn't enough to meet our daily needs. Feed the fire with fuel, and you'll see how much stronger you get. It's like a wood stove—the more you stoke it, the hotter it burns.

And I'm supposed to just delete my email address??
You’ll need $6667 seed capital or roughly $3333+$3333 in hard assets (computer, fax, phone, mobile... basically everything required for an office). It's smarter to pay a notary maybe another 5-$2000 to handle all your paperwork, filings, and official seals. If you try to DIY it, you'll end up burning $3,500–$4,000 just on the runaround. You can perform any service you want, but you need the right primary business classifications. Register as many activities as possible right away; otherwise, they charge you extra later and it becomes a total headache. An accountant will cost you 500-$333, depending on the workload. Employees require minimum wage plus Social Security and payroll taxes. Look, it isn't easy, but you have to go out on your own. Stop working for someone else. I’m launching in three months once I finish setting up my office space.
