When it comes to fouls, I honestly think nothing beats when someone just charges into the lane and shoots right off the floor. It’s wild. I mean, maybe Abalo used to just camp out in the paint for a split second and then rip it off the ground before anyone could blink.
And hey, I remember seeing this happen once—I think it was against Poland when we were up by 14 and really needed it. They suddenly acted like they just realized Horvat was actually standing in the lane! 😁
Alright, why are you guys even hating on him now 🤣
A 15% stop rate on breakaway shots is actually totally normal, I guess. Everything they were throwing at him in the first half was basically just an open layup.

That might actually be the best way to put it. It’s kind of like Roger Federer versus Novak Djokovic. I mean, we aren't exactly on Federer's level, and they aren't quite at Djokovic's level either, but you get the vibe, I guess! 😁

Come on, go ahead and grill them! I’m honestly dying to see what people actually have to say. I mean, the guy scored tons of points, he was solid on defense, and he really stepped up when it mattered. He did everything everyone expected from him over the last few years, I guess.
Babić, the manager for this Vatican-style guy, is dealing with some serious energy issues. Seriously. It’s such a shame because, when you look at the big picture, we really could have pulled this one off. I guess Šterbik maybe only managed about two saves.

that a team gives up 18 goals in a single half, and NOT A SINGLE ONE was from outside the line
just stick to that 6-0 defense until the whistle blows, man, what an absolute disaster of coaching
Exactly. That's it right there.
Everyone is over here acting tough and blaming Alilović, but honestly? He didn't have to make a single save. Not one. Seriously. Just play that 6-0 defense, let Horvat hold down the wing and just shoot.
I was just scrolling through Reddit when they scored, but I guess it was probably just some simple play involving a quick center pass. Everything else on defense looks absolutely fantastic.
The offense doesn't look super smooth yet, but man, when they actually score, it’s great.
