When I went in for my HIV testing, I couldn't help but wonder about their hygiene protocols. Specifically, I noticed piles of needles sitting in plastic trays, but none of them were individually wrapped in sterile packaging or foil. Is that actually standard practice?
I've already been tested, and my results came back negative. But now that I'm home, I can't stop overthinking it. Why on earth weren't those needles in their original sterile packaging?

I’m wondering if there’s any actual risk of contracting HIV during testing at a hospital like Mayo Clinic. Specifically, is it possible to get infected if they use a needle that was previously used on someone who is positive?

Look, I’m not trying to run away from this, nor do I want to... The thing is, they’ve processed my deposits just fine, but none of the charges I’ve been fighting are showing up. I’m sitting here trying to convince the woman at Chase that I absolutely used my card, but she’s insisting I didn't. How can they just refuse to log an expense from two or three weeks ago? It doesn't even show the cash withdrawals I made at their ATM. Honestly, enough is enough. I'm going to march in there with my receipts in hand because I am not about to let them make this a problem.

Has anyone else ever swiped their credit card only to realize their account balance hasn't budged? Like, there’s absolutely zero debt showing up on my end with the bank. I just realized this today, and honestly, it's bizarre.
