Their sizing goes up to a 3x (US 18), and they ship over to the States! I actually worked on a photoshoot for them, so I know the fit pretty well, and our models were all quite tall—ranging from about 5'7" to 5'10"... 😁

Also, let me tell you, the Diaspora definitely wasn't some reliable hub for information back when I was running things, and anyone on the forum who has been around longer than you can certainly vouch for that... 😉 (though, whether you like it or not, providing info is one of the core functions of these forums, whether it's the Diaspora section or any other sub-forum) And, by the way, every single one of those moderators mentioned above faced their fair share of criticism... coming from all sorts of directions... 😉

The clone problem here is absolutely massive, and it’s hitting the diaspora hardest of all. Honestly, in my entire history as a moderator, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered this many clones anywhere else... It’s just overwhelming! I would love to implement permanent IP bans to fix this once and for all, but unfortunately, the higher-ups won't allow it, which is such a shame...

Because of that, it would suck if the diaspora section ended up looking like Honduras.
Now, this is getting somewhere concrete, and it feels like a real step toward improvement! The community should sit down with the current moderators and have a CIVILIZED discussion about what needs to change, and then everyone should actually STICK to what was decided... Over at the Photography forum, we have a thread called "Dear Moderator..." where members can reach out directly regarding moderator actions, offer suggestions, and so on... To be totally honest, I had considered starting a similar thread here in the Diaspora section, but considering the sheer amount of trolls, the hostility toward the mods, and the fact that such a thread would probably just spiral out of control immediately, I never actually got around to it... The point is, a thread like that shouldn't be used to mock the moderators or ask ridiculous questions, but rather to address real, specific concerns... if you're interested, you should go take a look... On the Photography side, people actually follow the rules, and the thread works beautifully... And honestly, you rarely hear anyone whining about bans or deleted posts over there... The cooperation between the moderators and the users is just FANTASTIC... If the Diaspora section could even reach HALF the level of what we have over there, it would be a massive leap forward, making the whole forum much more pleasant and engaging...
But for that to happen, you really need to have some trust in the mods, stop constantly being at their throats, and find a way to build a path toward real cooperation...

But then later on, she started going, "Why hasn't Milos been permanently banned, and why did you give a ban to Dead Cold?" And honestly, that whole line of questioning wasn't even coming from her specifically, but rather from a bunch of other trolls and agitators who were just dying to jump back into the fray once the warnings and bans were handed out, just so they could drag the conversation back to the moderators again...🤦

When I issue a warning over on Photography, nobody even bats an eye, not even for a three-day ban... People there actually know when they've crossed the line, and they also know that I'm not exactly looking for power since I've been moderating forever... so warnings are truly a last resort reserved only for those who really deserve them. That goes for both Photography and the diaspora section... If someone gets a warning or a ban, you just peel it off and move on; nobody mentions it, nobody starts a revolution, and there's no talk of conspiracies between users versus mods—we just keep going like nothing ever happened... But then, when a meaningless post gets deleted in the diaspora section and results in a warning... suddenly it's all conspiracies, endless drama, and ten-day revolutions... and the outcry spreads from the diaspora all the way to the PZK and onto external forums and blogs, where they drag the name and reputation of the moderator who actually HAD THE AUDACITY to delete a post or issue a warning. What a circus... 🙏🙏

@ Nicole Morales3, honestly, even on the Photography board (and other subforums like Tourism, for instance), people are constantly dropping by just to ask the exact same questions over and over again... If you don't feel like answering them, just ignore them! Someone else will surely step up and provide an answer eventually... You can't expect people to rush in and engage immediately at the very start, you know? If they aren't met with some warmth, most people might just stay away, instead of us always circling back to the same old conversations...
As for Politics... there is politics within the diaspora, sure, but not a whole lot... And why is that? It's because even without politics, about 80% of any topic eventually devolves into aggressive, profanity-laced arguments... Just think back to that absolutely DISGUSTING exchange between Milos and dead cold back when I was a moderator. And the topic wasn't even political in nature, at least not right at the beginning... The vibe within the diaspora community is such that if a moderator actually DARES to hand out a warning, it triggers this massive, sudden revolution of nonsense, followed by at least ten days of non-stop trolling, nasty private messages, and people picking apart your personal life... For heaven's sake, moderators aren't made of steel, nor are they being paid to deal with this kind of chaos twenty-four seven...
The reality is that so many moderators have left because the atmosphere is just toxic—between the constant interference and being called out over every single, tiny, insignificant little thing... Now, mistyhound2, I personally never had any issues with you, but I see you're upset about a deleted post in the chat... I can't see which specific post it was, but yes, chat posts do get removed if a moderator decides they don't belong there... Especially if, as wiredangler5 puts it, it's a case of continued disrespect after a moderator has already issued a warning. I truly don't understand why it's so difficult to stop trolling once a moderator says enough is enough regarding moderation? And then people turn around and complain that the post—which came *after* the warning—was deleted? You all really need to watch what you say... Instead of whining about every single post or every ban, maybe before starting a revolution, you should ask yourselves if you might have actually gone a bit too far...
I rarely visit the diaspora boards anymore, even though they used to be one of my favorite places, specifically because of that poisonous atmosphere where everyone counts every little grain of sand... and I'm certainly not the only one who feels this way. I have friends in the diaspora who hang out in Photography, and they tell me they avoid the diaspora boards for those exact same reasons... And speaking of moderation, back when I was a moderator, I handled Photography and the diaspora boards equally... On the Photography side, problems are rare or get resolved instantly, but on the diaspora boards, drama happens every day and drags on for ten days straight. That isn't normal at all. And it’s not the fault of the moderators; it’s the fault of the users who frequent those areas...
So, one last thing... I'm not calling anyone out individually here... I've never had any major issues with you (Nicole Morales3 and mistyhound2), but a huge portion of the problem there lies with the users themselves...
The diaspora subforum is honestly the absolute worst place on this site, but it’s not even because of the moderators... It’s just that the crowd that gathers there—and I’ll give credit where it’s due because there are a few decent people tucked away in there—tends to scare off every single new user who wanders in, trolling everything in sight, showing zero respect for the mods (unless, of course, those mods are doing absolutely nothing and letting them troll until they pass out), and basically acting like a million clones of the same person, holding endless debates with themselves and starting these massive, pointless revolutions over nothing...
Basically, there isn't a single corner of this forum that’s quite as messy as that one, because it serves as a magnet for people who get banned from Religion or Politics and then migrate over to the diaspora section just to dump all their bitterness and frustration... Instead of whining about every little thing, maybe we could try actually supporting the moderators for once, paying attention to warnings, and not crying over every single deleted comment like it was some masterpiece worthy of a Nobel Prize... And please, stop treating new users like enemies just because they dared to ask how they might emigrate to, say, Australia, while everyone else acts like this isn't a dedicated service for emigration... I don't even want to start listing all the ridiculous things people do in there... Clean up your own backyard first before you start pointing fingers at the moderation team...

When it comes to the forum I moderate, I have every right to jump in and respond whenever I feel it's necessary... New York City will give you an answer too, so there's really nothing to worry about.
And if this is what passes for a "polite inquiry" regarding a ban, then honestly, I’m just speechless... I'll quote the exact wording here: "Now why don't you smarty-pants tell me exactly why I got banned?", not to mention the fact that the question was posted in the completely wrong section...
