I suggest you purchase a white box and spend a few hours every day walking around inside it. Spend that time looking down upon your loved ones from a position of superiority, speaking to them as if they are completely oblivious to everything. I believe you will find it helpful. 😉

The result came back at 57.29 out of 125. I am wondering, what are the critical thresholds here—is it a matter of being too high or too low?

What has your life even come to? You’ve pumped yourself full of Allergan, yet even George Clooney wouldn't give you a second glance... the only one who seems remotely interested is your husband. 😁

You won't be overdoing it on medication; it's simply hormone therapy.🙄
Once you actually start planning for a pregnancy, that's when you should consider starting the treatment—definitely at least six months in advance.

swiftbison25 said:It’s the exact same thing for me... just constant coldness and boredom. No one believed me, my feet were freezing, I was shivering constantly... then I finally went to get my thyroid checked and there it was—high antibody counts. Now I know what's causing it, but even though I'm not taking any medication, I'm still freezing. At least now I have an answer.🤣
So you aren't taking anything? That doesn't seem particularly wise. ☕

Poor circulation, sluggish energy levels, thyroid issues... if your thyroid tests are coming back clear, then you really need to consider picking up a sport. If you want to maintain high energy levels, your body demands consistent, proper physical engagement and movement throughout the day.

Olivia White69 said:I’m dealing with the exact same issues... and I suspect my thyroid is the culprit. My hormone levels are actually quite low—sitting right at the bottom edge of the range. For instance, if the standard TSH range is 0.4 to 4.0, mine is sitting at 0.49. Or if FT3 should be between 4.0 and 7.5, mine is 4.52. Technically, everything falls within the "normal" parameters, so my endocrinologist won't prescribe any medication. But even so, am I still suffering because of this thyroid issue? Is there any way to alleviate these symptoms??
We actually have a dedicated thread on the Health forum specifically for Thyroid issues where people discuss all of this. You would be much better off asking your questions over there.

Who should I reach out to first? A primary care physician or a psychotherapist? Or perhaps both? I am genuinely uncertain whether this is primarily a psychological issue or if it manifests as a physical one.
I haven't experienced any major trauma, yet there are plenty of things weighing on me, and I simply don't feel my best mentally. Is it possible to struggle this much without a single defining catastrophe?
When thyroid function drops, you might experience more than just physical fatigue. It can manifest as poor concentration, memory lapses, bouts of confusion, or even depressive symptoms. Why guess when you can know? Head to a local lab first thing in the morning for a blood test to check your TSH, T3, and T4 levels. Alternatively, you could schedule an appointment with your primary care physician to get a formal referral. Once you have those results, you'll finally see if your thyroid is the culprit or if something else is going on.

You should get your TSH, T3, and T4 levels checked—you might want to see a specialist privately to speed things up.

Do you have celiac disease? In this case, you should be using gluten-free flour, but if you aren't dealing with celiac, why not try some sorghum flour instead?

And let's be real—your daughter didn't magically get over her allergies because of some diluted solution. They just went away on their own, which is exactly what happens to a huge chunk of people once they hit adulthood. Personally, most of my own issues just seemed to vanish after puberty passed me by.
Well, bravo! 😂

I wouldn't go so far as to call those ideas nonsense—not before seeing how little you actually know about homeopathy, especially since you seem to lump everything together as just "water." My own daughter was able to overcome her long-standing allergies thanks to a homeopathic remedy.

Just search Google for "bioresonance." It is an incredibly effective method for treating various allergies.

I think giving up baked goods, bread, and cookies is going to be pretty rough... (I mean, really?? 😢)
Which specific flour triggers your allergy? Is it wheat? If that is the only issue, you can opt for cornmeal or rye bread instead.

For anyone dealing with mild hemorrhoid issues, I highly recommend using poppy honey. You might want to check with a local apiary or even look for it at a farmers market.
