Thanks, wanderingcobra76! You have such a way with words—really comforting stuff.👍👍
I will. I need to talk to my mom about it today or maybe tomorrow. Is there even a chance this is nothing—like, just some weird puberty thing? I was reading some American sites that said it happens during those years, so maybe it's just that.
Thanks a ton, wanderingcobra76. I think I’ll just sit tight and observe things for a while—it seems like such a negligible amount coming out that I honestly can't tell. But what happens if there's a hormonal imbalance involved? Is that actually covered? How is it typically treated—and are there any other symptoms I should be looking out for?
But we’re talking about such tiny amounts here—it’s not like I’m actually leaking, per se. It’s more like if I really force it, there’s this barely visible trace that shows up. I have a feeling it might just resolve itself, much like what happened with my right side. Everything feels identical to how it was before—though, to be fair, I never really tried forcing it back then. I’m not sure if this is actually as drastic as you made it sound. Please, I could use some more perspectives from the group.
So, I'm 15, and one of my nipples is acting up—it’s a bit swollen, and there’s this little lump behind it. I actually had something similar on my right side before, but it just went away—now it’s happened on the left, and it’s been sticking around for a while. To make matters worse, I realized today that if I press on it a little too hard, some clear fluid actually leaks out.😲Honestly, I’m pretty freaked out. When it was happening on the right side, I didn't think to squeeze it, so I have no idea if that would have happened back then—though, given how similar everything feels, it probably would have. I read somewhere that swelling under the nipple can be a thing during puberty, but I haven't heard anything about the discharge part. If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know—should I be worried!?

I've had these red bumps on my tongue for about a month now—I've been trying to clear them up with yogurt, which probably isn't helping—so what could this even be? I guess today was actually one of the few days they didn't flare up at all.
Lately, my tongue seems to trip over itself every once in a while when I’m talking. It’s actually pretty terrifying—I’ve become so anxious about it that I’m almost afraid to open my mouth, fearing it might be something serious. Look, I know I’m a HUGE hypochondriac, but the fear is still very real. I’m 14, by the way. It feels like every time I hear about some nasty illness, I somehow manage to check off all the symptoms myself. You guys can laugh at me 😛 I realize how ridiculous this sounds. I just really need someone to talk me down if they have any idea what this could be. Please, just don't freak me out 😛
So, I’ve been dealing with this nagging cough for about a week now—plus there's this weird rattling sensation in my chest that just won't quit. It isn't constant, though; it just pops up randomly. The coughing seems to be tapering off, I guess, but that annoying "rattle" is still hanging around. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? How did you handle it? And more importantly—is it worth making an appointment with a doctor? To make matters worse, I had a nearly identical situation about six months ago. Back then, the coughing was brutal—my whole chest actually ached—and that rattling feeling was way more intense and all over the place. It ended up clearing itself up on its own after I tried some homeopathic remedies, or so it seemed. Any advice would be appreciated.
