You can't truly heal from something that's constantly surrounding you or exerting influence over you... and that goes especially true for allergies... all you can really do is mitigate the fallout and try to manage the reactions as best you can.

One more important thing... there is always a preview post option right next to post reply that shows you exactly how your message will look before you commit... so, there is absolutely no reason to hit send just to check the formatting...
It really shouldn't be that hard to click through the icons and figure out how the interface works. 😛

Because you need to learn the fundamental etiquette of an online community. You should be searching to see if someone else has faced a similar issue—especially with technical stuff—instead of starting a new thread for every little thing. ... Furthermore, most people are simply too lazy to figure out how things work on their own. How are you going to make it in the real world? 😳
Here’s a simple tip: if you aren't sure how a user achieved a certain look or effect in their post, just quote them and observe the logic behind it. It doesn't take a genius.
Anthony Brown12 told you that you need to downsize the image on your computer first... what photo viewer are you using?
Actually, that's not even the main point... just open the image on your PC, go to edit -> resize... then reduce the pixel count and the file size will drop accordingly.
