Hit the Print Screen button at the top of your keyboard—it’s usually labeled "PrtSc" on the far right of that first row. Open any image editor, start a new file (File >> New), and just paste what you captured by hitting CTRL+V. Once you have your image, save it, upload it to ImageShack.us, and grab the link listed next to "Thumbnail for forums" (1)

You can't just upload a file straight from your hard drive!! It needs to be hosted online first!

You can't. And honestly, I'm not even 100% sure if the mod 😳
Maybe ask the Zion moderator of that subforum to take a look, or just coordinate with him to start a new thread with a poll while he clears this one out.
