Oh, please, as if he just "stumbled upon more money" 🙏 tucked away in some sock under the bed. 🙏

The man is a textbook sociopath.

The news anchor is killing me, you can tell she's struggling to keep a straight face, that initial smirk says everything.🤣🤣

And there's really no point even talking about that narcissistic idiot.

In the rest of this video, there's this guy Ivanovic who absolutely rips him apart, and honestly, massive respect for that.🙏🙏

Nancy Sanchez31 said:I was just scrolling through some news earlier and I saw this whole thing about how people are handling the current situation, and honestly, it feels like we’re all just trying to navigate this massive wave of uncertainty without losing our minds, you know? It’s one of those things where you look at the headlines and everything seems so chaotic, especially when you consider how much the rules can change overnight based on whatever the latest decision from the government is, like they're just making it up as they go along. I was thinking about how much easier life would be if there was actually some consistency in how the Building Code and Public Procurement Act are applied, because right now it feels like a total free-for-all depending on who you ask or what specific agency is looking at your paperwork that day. It reminds me of those discussions you see over on Reddit where everyone is just shouting into the void, trying to make sense of why things are working the way they are, and sometimes I feel like I'm just adding to the noise myself, but I truly believe that if we don't start demanding more transparency, we're just going to stay stuck in this loop of confusion. You see these stories popping up on CNN about similar issues happening all over the country, and it really hits home that this isn't just a local problem, it's a systemic thing where the institutions just aren't keeping pace with the reality of what people are actually dealing with on the ground. I mean, you have people working their tails off, following every single rule to the letter, and then suddenly the goalposts move because of some new directive, and it’s just exhausting to think about, really, it is. But at the end of the day, I still have this gut feeling that if we keep pushing for clarity and holding these folks accountable, things will eventually settle down, even if it takes a lot longer than any of us would like.

Gojko is also scrolling through Reddit. ☕

It’s honestly kind of hilarious how everyone who’s been secretly lurking around here is finally starting to come out of the shadows and reveal themselves. ☕

It’s always so easy for Mexicans to start throwing money around whenever they actually have some cash on hand.

In any case, I think it's way better that his mother-in-law showed up with the little dog instead of just arriving empty-handed. Honestly, within a few days, taking that pup out for walks is probably going to be the only peaceful escape our Robbie gets, just a little oasis of calm in all this chaos. It'll be his way of checking out from reality for a bit, and honestly, that little dog is going to have the time of its life over the next few weeks, living it up more than anyone else ever has.

Look, ZZ, you’re being a bit rude, because as someone who actually follows the Reddit-based 'Pet' section, you clearly know the difference between a male and female pet way too well. ☕

I honestly can't believe you guys didn't bother to report this.

🤣🤣🤣

Now, instead of acting like a total know-it-all on the forum, she'll be busy walking the little pup around and picking up all its crap.
Total Win-win for the mother-in-law and for all of us here on the forum. 😂

Even with all those pandemic restrictions in place, this little cafe in Karlovac was still running full tilt, and when the police raided the place, they actually caught the owner and two customers right in the middle of it.

So you've got the owner and two patrons just hanging out in a closed cafe, and the inspectors basically decided it was definitely open because all the machines were powered up and humming away.

Honestly, that’s just how things work in this country—everything is supposedly under control, and they'll jump down your throat to penalize even the tiniest little infraction the second they see it. 🙏🙏🙏

Press conference. 🙏 🙏 🙏

God, I wonder if that meteor is actually going to hit. 🤦

Look, it’s really about the math here—what if it turns out that, on top of everyone currently sick, there are actually five times as many people who already cruised through it without even feeling a thing?
That is a totally plausible outcome from doing massive testing, and honestly, it would completely flip the script on how we view this pandemic and our whole strategy for fighting it.
And don't even get me started on all the other benefits, there's a mountain of them.

As for any kind of restrictions for people who are immune, that's basically irrelevant at this point.

I honestly think if you gave every household in Germany one of those little handheld devices—you know, like the ones people use to check their blood sugar—and had everyone test themselves every single morning, we could wrap this epidemic up in no time at all.

If anyone thinks this idea is going way too far, they seriously need to just look around and pay attention to what’s actually happening in the world right now.
We desperately need a total game changer like this to pull us back from the edge of the global depression we're heading straight toward.

Germany might actually start letting people who have antibodies get passes to skip quarantine

So that's the deal, I guess we're finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel 👋

It honestly looks like the Germans have been keeping an eye on Reddit and my old posts, yawn, it really is nice being a visionary sometimes. ☕

Usually, getting two negative tests spaced out by 48 hours was enough to say someone was in the clear, but Mark says that once the infection numbers start climbing again, that rule isn't going to cut it anymore. He’s basically saying the virus can hang out in your nose for up to 25 days, so you really need to stay in self-isolation for about 28 days from the moment you're diagnosed just to be sure you aren't a carrier, and after those 28 days are up, everyone just assumes you're healthy.

Oh my gosh, Alice, I know it's not your job to handle all the procurement stuff, but honestly, if we still don't have enough tests after a whole month, it's just straight-up embarrassing.
I mean, look at how the Germans are pulling off 500,000 tests a week, or how the Britons went out and bought 3.5 million tests, or even that German company cranking out a million tests every single week and selling them for just 1.60 bucks—it's wild, but here we are deciding to just force people into isolation for 28 days because it's apparently cheaper than actually testing them a few extra times.

🤦

A Supreme Court Justice just went off on how these mandates are being rolled out, basically calling the whole thing a de facto dictatorship
Offside Chat Archives (2014-2021) in Soccer ·
I won't even get started on how this whole mess could be fixed just by using a simple app, where anyone who gets slapped with an isolation order just installs it on their phone and boom, you're done.

Total garbage.

I was just watching that Open segment about mobile location tracking. First off, Togonal went straight for the jugular with that opening quote, and honestly, the host is incredible—man really has some guts.

Listening to Bacic, I honestly can't believe what this guy is saying. I mean, we all know what the Republican Party is all about, but even I’m surprised that things can actually sink lower than this; he's just such a petty little fraud and a cheap manipulator, it's unbelievable.

Grbin—not that I’d say I like him or anything—is hitting him with laser-like precision, arguing YES to the law if it only applies to people who were officially ordered into isolation, and only during that specific window, with all the data being wiped once the monitoring period ends.
Then he asks, why on earth would they need to monitor every single citizen?

Bacic tries to claim they need to monitor everyone because, much like in an earthquake scenario, monitoring can help locate survivors—though Grbin totally shut him down by pointing out that anonymous tracking could achieve that too—and he also mentioned using it to track people who lie about being out skiing.
I’ve listened to all kinds of nonsense from total fanatics before, but listening to this, I’m genuinely stunned. It gave me chills. It’s wild how much they think they can get away with.

Kopal should be the main headline here; he's the real black swan.

When you see how they treat us right out in the open like this, I don't even want to think about how much money is going to be pocketed while everyone is distracted by the pandemic; I'm seriously afraid we're looking at the heist of the century.

Noah Perez2 said:Absolutely. We moved past the stage of debating who the primary carriers are a long time ago; the reality is that a significant portion of those dealing with infectious diseases are asymptomatic. Whether you fashion a mask out of a tissue, a rag, a handkerchief, or some scrap fabric, the principle remains the same...

It will intercept the majority of what is typically projected through sneezing, coughing, or simply talking aimlessly for several feet when one isn't masked. It won't stop everything, but it will catch plenty of droplets on the inner layer. When everyone wears a mask, there is mutual protection and the overall risk decreases.

I support this measure; no one should be heading out without a mask, even if it's just a makeshift one.

The communication regarding masks was poorly handled from the start, much like the self-isolation mandates. Most people following that directive don't even truly grasp what self-isolation entails, and the actual enforcement of those isolation protocols only began in earnest after several days of laxity.

For real. 🙏🙏🙏

We’re eventually going to find masks that actually work with the weather, but until then, everyone just needs to figure out how to manage on their own best effort. The real key here is that we need to start being crystal clear about the fact that masks are necessary, and once that communication is straight, the market will handle the rest of the heavy lifting.

I really hope someone over here in the States realizes they can make some serious money off this too.
About a month ago, there was news about a Chinese car factory that pivoted its entire operation by using over 90% of its existing tech, and now they’re pumping out 5 million masks every single day.

Then you have the people in Korea who started cranking out tens of thousands of tests daily, first just to cover their own needs, but now they're exporting them everywhere.

And so on, and so forth....

Thanks for nothing!

Austrian people will probably be forced to wear masks just to go shopping

I think the Czech people have introduced something pretty similar, and honestly, I'm hoping more countries follow suit soon, because let's face it, who isn't going to pull the trigger on this? We could see it spreading through more places by the fall if we get hit with a second wave. If a second wave actually happens, the whole world is basically going to be walking around in masks, or at least the serious countries that actually had the foresight to stockpile enough supplies over the next few months, while the ones that failed to prepare will just keep shouting from the sidelines about how masks don't even matter.

He wrote this so well that even us laypeople can actually wrap our heads around it. This specific part really caught my eye:

Basically, right now because everyone is laser-focused on the epidemic, every single death involving an elderly person who tests positive via a throat swab is being pinned directly on COVID-19. But once this whole epidemic settles down, they’re going to have to take a hard look at the death rates in different parts of Italy and compare them to the averages from the same months in previous years. It might turn out that a good chunk of those people were probably going to pass away during that same month or year anyway, and COVID-19 just sped up the inevitable by a few weeks or maybe a few months. If that’s the case, we'll see a massive "reclassification" of causes of death, where they get reassigned to whatever underlying conditions were already expected, leaving COVID-19 to only account for the deaths that actually exceeded the normal baseline. In the end, that could significantly drop the number of Italian people who truly died *from* the coronavirus rather than just dying while having it.

I was actually just thinking about how 2020 in Italy might ends up looking like a huge win in the fight against cancer and other serious diseases, simply because mortality rates will look like they 'dropped.' I guess we'll just have to wait and see if they actually handle all the data with any kind of integrity.

Exactly. That’s the thing, if people just communicated things exactly the way you laid them out, we wouldn't have this mess, instead of everyone claiming they don't even matter.
